Very nice place, however I asked for acrylics with gel polish and they recommended I get the dip powder. Since I’ve never had it before I decided to try it, the dip powder took way too long to do and I had to wait for them to dry which is why I always just get gel. The dip powder left lumps in my nails and weren’t shaped nicely and doesn’t match the same color pink I have on my toes which is gel. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the dip powder, but the place is very nice. Read Less

They told me the wait was 15 minutes.. “at the most”. AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES LATER, I’m still sitting here waiting for them to fill the water basin for my pedicure. I have been coming to Bella Nails for years and would have previously given five stars but today was the worst! We waited 15 minutes up front despite calling the day before for an appointment. Once in the chair we soaked until the water was cold with no offer to warm it up. Was given the most basic pedicure without even being offered the services I always pay extra for. The technician next to me needed my tray so I had to put my wallet and keys in my lap and my drink on the tray of the person to my right. This resulted in my key fob getting a soak in the basin - thankfully it still works. At the end we were asked to relinquish our chairs when they gave us our checks. What a disappointment. Read Less

This place was "highly" recommended by 2 different friends of mines and what a disappointment!!! The person that started to do my pedicure was obviously not someone that knew what he was doing and I simply asked " would it be ok if I get someone else" the receptionist spoke with the " main lady" and the lady was just yelling from across the entire shop!! " he is experienced" and " it will be a LONG while before you can get seen" when I noticed that they just continued to ram...ble about why it was such a bother to have the person changed, I just advised the receptionist " it is ok it seems that the customer's choice here do not matter! Usually i only get pedicures but decided to get some pink and whites for the first time in a few years, I wore naile for about 15 years prior but have them for the last 3-4 years as i was just being a stay at home wife doibg some remodelling at home and baile can get in the way, had Becky do my nails and they are perfect. I'm extremely picky and have 2 nails that can be a pain as they dip down in the middle she had absolutely no problem dealing with them. After going to a couple of other salons over the years my best friend introduced me to Bella nails a little over a year ago and they offer more pedicure services at a better price then my other old favorite salon. I have been going to Bella Nails almost since it opened, almost 10 years now. I love the people and the services. I get my hands, feet, and eyebrows done here and they are always on point. I have nothing but good reviews for them! Even the one time in all these years my nails were done by someone and I didn't like them, I called and they had them redone by another tech the next day, no problem. Okay I usually never complain or write reviews because I am in the beauty industry and I know what they can do to your business. But I'm in shock!! I have been coming here for years and years. I used to go to a guy that passed away but I always remembered they were a little on the pricy side. So I went to another salon and I've missed their professionalism and what they offered. So I was thinking I'll pay more and have a good job. I went in Thursday and paid $52 with tip and ...I got dip nails well the dip polish came off in 5 days so what happened and they chipped and coming off so I called and explained it he said they can only fix it if you come now. So I rushed over and I had to get them fixed because I have a dinner party this weekend. I was like well maybe I'll get a nude color so if they don't last like this time I won't be as obvious as my wine colored nails before. So I did was looking at polish owner told me I can't change the color or she won't do it. I said then can I just have my money back and she said they don't give refund and the owner was so mad she had to redo them Becky didn't even speak to me the whole time. She spoke to the other tech who did Them 5 days ago in their language who knows what they were saying about me and she pointed to me when I needed to put them in front of the dryer and said she isn't going to do a gel top coat. And literally walked about the front door, I saw her come back with things from the gas station. I'm super disappointed that was my favorite place.
