I’ve been going to this nail salon for quite a while. Haven’t been there for a while so after telling my daughter what a great place it was we went... . The man that sits at the front should have given us our money back. She was pressured into a $40 pedicure. The lady that did my nails was very rude and asked me how short I wanted my nails, I responded with “What do you think” and she spoke loudly back to me and said “how short do you want your nails!!!!! It was very rude and inconsiderate ...then she spilled nail polish on me and looked at me like it was my fault. She was laughing and I was rather loud and very upset because I’ve never had an experience like that there. She did glitter over four nails and when you hold them up to the sun you can see right through them.....she would not put more polish on them just one coat. Last, but not in any special order her nail sponge went flying at me down into my lap. After I was loud and very very upset and told her what I was feeling and how a customer should be treated especially when you are paying to get a service and should never be pressured into a service that you do not want. If I had known my daughter was pressured into a $40 pedicure when she gets them done once a month and has never been Told her that her feet needed it and my daughter is a really special person and just wanted to leave she is so upset also... she never got her nails done and they put other people in front of her. My girlfriends go there because I told them about it a long time ago ....well I will be letting everyone know what poor service we got today. I would never step foot back into that place ever again and honestly in all my years of getting my nails done I have never been treated like that and for the man that has always been nice to me to treat me the way he was treating me today ..I am honestly sitting in my truck not believing what just happened and to top it off my daughter did not get her nails done. She got her feet done, I got my nails done and they put someone else before my daughter to get her fingernails done. My family are my world and for you people to do this I can only stay I truly believe in karma 100%... shame on you Serenity nails... I guess you just got too big for your britches.....I am giving a one just because there’s no option for a zero. Please excuse all of my mistakes but what we just experienced was unforgivable.

They’re seriously the best. I’ve been in Murfreesboro for about 7 months, and I always complain about how awful my nails look after getting them done. My roommate recommended Serenity, and I haven’t even thought about going anywhere else since! They do all the little steps you hope that they will but you don’t have to ask. From nails being the exact length as their mate, to the shape being exact. They’re amazing.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! People of color.....DO NOT waste your time here, as your patronage is not appreciated here. I have never been treated so rudely in my life, and this is a pattern of behavior. An African American female also walked out due to the maltreatment. You may not like serving me, but I choose where to spend my money and time....and it will not be here! There are so many other salons in this area that are happy to take your money, and they'll treat you right while doing so!

What the hell did I pay $165 for yesterday?? Although only $65 was for my nails.... seriously...would YOU pay $65 for crooked nails you have to have filled in three days later? Would you?? I know u won't EVER AGAIN!;

I love Serenity! Their pedicure with the bags of hot wax are my favorite! Prices are fair especially for the quality of work. I recently have started doing the powder nails and they last for a good 4-5 weeks before I have to get them redone! I am always happy with my service at Serenity.

I have been going to serenity nail spa for about a year now and have referred many friends. Tim does my nails and the reason I keep coming back is because of his attention to detail. If he doesn't like something, he will go over it until he gets it right. I get the dip powder nails, and while some salons will drill your nails down to remove them, Tim soaks them off and removes them properly so as not to cause any damage to your natural nails. When I get pedicures, I let anyone who is available do them because the whole staff is WONDERFUL!! They are so friendly and inviting. They say hello every time they see you. They really take their time on perfecting your pedicure and giving you a great massage. They also keep the salon very clean. Which is important! I will be a life time customer because I love this nail salon so much!

Probably won't return here. I sat for 3 hours for a pedicure & a gel full set. They did my toes 1st then the owner did my nails. His technique is decent but he took forever. I get home only to find that my toes are completely smudged & uneven in shape. However I can deal with my nails until I find a new nail tech. I paid way too much. $85

I’ve been going to this nail salon for quite a while. Haven’t been there for a while so after telling my daughter what a great place it was we went... . They’re seriously the best. I’ve been in Murfreesboro for about 7 months, and I always complain about how awful my nails look after getting them done. My roommate recommended Serenity, and I haven’t even thought about going anywhere else since! They do all the little steps you hope that they will but you don’t have to ask. I have been going to serenity nail spa for about a year now and have referred many friends. Tim does my nails and the reason I keep coming back is because of his attention to detail. If he doesn't like something, he will go over it until he gets it right. I get the dip powder nails, and while some salons will drill your nails down to remove them, Tim soaks them off and removes them properly so as not to cause any damage to your natural nails. When I get pedicures, I let anyone who is available do them because the whole staff is WONDERFUL!! They are so friendly and inviting. They say hello every time they see you. They really take their time on perfecting your pedicure and giving you a great massage. They also keep the salon very clean. Which is important! I will be a life time customer because I love this nail salon so much!

Probably won't return here. I sat for 3 hours for a pedicure & a gel full set. They did my toes 1st then the owner did my nails. His technique is decent but he took forever. I get home only to find that my toes are completely smudged & uneven in shape. However I can deal with my nails until I find a new nail tech. I paid way too much. $85

I love this place! I came in one day by chance over a year ago and haven't been anywhere since. I would drive from Nashville back to Murfreesboro to see Vanessa. She is amazing and always has me fly! Everyone in there is awesome and I am a customer for life!!
