This salon is horrible do not go here! The talk about their clients in Vietnamese!!!!! The employees including the owners Ricky and Nancy ARE talking about you in Vietnamese! i have never had my nails done by someone so rude .. i came in politely asking for a specific design i had a picture of. Kevin, the one doing my nails got obviously upset, claiming it would take too long. i had the time but apparently he didn’t have the patience. he cut me several times and made it seem that it was my fault. i told him about 3 times that i did not want long nails but they were an inch higher than the tip of my finger. thankfully i have the specific nail-clippers you need to cut acrylics at home, so i had to cut them down myself. my friend came with me, he did her nails also. he was nicer to her but still had an attitude for whatever reason. This was my first time having dip polish removed, they let my nails soak too long causing pain, bleeding and rawness around my nails! I have been going to this place for years. I assume they have new management because I get my eyebrows done every 2 weeks because I love the girl that used to be there. This week when I came in a VERY hatful lady did them. It was in the back corner of the store with a bleach bucket right beside the wax melter. This place is a disgrace! I spent $100 for a full set of color changing nails and a pedicure and had the worst service of my life! He never pushed back my cuticles, all the nails he glued on fell off because he didn't have me wash my hands after he buffed them for maybe a minute, it was the most painful and rushed leg rub I ever had and I didn't receive half of the services I was told I would get. So I went back in today to ask them to fix them since its only been 6 days and I need them filled AGAIN and they just argued with me that my nails looked great. I will never go back and I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst place I've ever been and I've been getting my nails done for over ten years. The atmosphere is great. The employees are friendly and do a wonderful job. At first I thought it was different having a young male give me a pedicure- Usually it's a woman or older gentleman. He did a fantastic job and ladies let me tell you I learned when it comes to the massage portion he did way better I reckon because of strength. I had my daughters and my toes and nails done here, complete waist of time and money. I would never go back nor recommended this place to ANYONE, my daughters nails looke like a 3 year old paintes them, excess polish on her cuticles and skin..my nails are uneven and were filed on one side more than the other. Called to check pricing before going and they ended up charging $10 more than they quoted me over the phone. The person guy spoke to me and my nails were crooked and misshapen. I asked him at least 5 times to re file different sections and he would run the file over that area once as if that's going to fix anything. Eventually I just stopped asking. They still look bad. I should have demanded the price I was quoted, especially since the service was so crappy. Don't go to this place. I can't wait to go back to my regular salon and get them fixed. I will never get a pedicure here again. If I can rate this zero stars, I would but I've never had a manicure from here so who knows how well of a job they do with nails. I was extremely displeased with my pedicure. I paid $25 plus $3 tip for my toe nails. I was getting ready for my trip to LA and by the third day of having them done, THE POLISH CHIPPED ON 3 nails!! Throughout the week, they would chip more and more. By the end of the week, my toe nails were no longer painted. I wish I would have known this before. I have had my nails done here for a while now. Yesterday the young man that did my fingernails messed up my nails on my left hand. When I went back today they tried to tell me I didn't get my nails done here???  Like I lied. One young man set up and said he would fix them. The young man that did them said he did not remember me??? I was his first customer yesterday? He almost tripped getting away from me. I will find another place to go and get a receipt from now on. Went here for my first time today & overall the pedicure was nice. The people were very friendly. I didn't like that their equipment isn't put into a sanitizer after each use; they just sprayed it. For my polish, it didn't seem as thick as it could be and she didn't clean up around the nail with a brush/polish remover, just her finger, which didn't work.
