Sunday's they don't accept reservations which is fine for me. I've been here twice in the past month and have had beautiful service both times. Just spent three hours in this place getting what was supposed to be ombré nails. The nail tech did a horrible job!!!!!!!!! My nails were not ombré and had small dots on them with noticeable lines of demarcation!!! The manager and owners refused to credit me for my poor quality of service, mind you I only asked for a credit for the ombré portion which they did a poor job on. I did not mind paying for the polish and pedicure which I also received. The crater faced owner with her caked on makeup wouldn't even look me in my eyes as I explained the reasoning behind my disappointment. Jennifer is by far the most talented nail technician I have encountered. May and the team there at Nail Lounhe are friendly, professional and skilled technicians 😃. had really hoped I would have had good review about this place. However it was disappointment. When we got there it was a 25-minute wait before we got to sit which is understandable when they are busy. I was sat in a chair that was already broken visually the left arm rest was completely missing. Then the actual chair itself did not work, the remote did not correspond with the chair so the massage stayed at your head I would not go up and down the back. I mentioned this to the girls when the pedicure was started. They did not offer to move me. The pedicure itself was $30 for a sugar scrub pedicure, it was rushed I was done 15 minutes before my friend. The paint came out great. When we mentioned the chair being broken if any sort of discount would come of that they rolled their eyes and assured me no discount has ever been done there. So frustrated in the poor service, I go to pay and they charge $8 to do French tip paint instead of 5 like the majority of salons in the United States. Traveling quite a bit and getting pedicures every 2 to 3 weeks for the past 10 years, I have never seen such poor service, and such disappointing management. I would not recommend somebody I don't like to go to this venue. You can Pay less at countless other places and get so much more and better service. My friend mentioned that the chair itself was broken it was not a service provided to us. The woman behind the counter scuffed at her and said new chairs are expensive we're working on it.
