I have come to this salon for a while and am now not going to return. I always have a great experience but not today. My daughter treated me to a pedicure and made us an appointment. They did her pedicure while I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes waiting. Once they finished her another person came over to do mine. When we make an appointment together we expect to be done at the same time. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes I could have gone a different day. The girl was very rough and was in a hurry. It only took 20 minutes for my pedicure compared to 40 minutes for my daughter. When we were done the girl insisted she take out payment to the front. Normally this would be fine but they have a rewards system. My daughter would not have gotten her rewards. When she told us he total my daughter questioned it and the lady was very rude. And let me tell you what else happened. My foot brushed he lady’s arm and she acted like I gave her a disease! She wiped her arm down several times and even got out nail polish remover. She scrubbed her arm so hard it turned red. I know there are foot fungi out there but really???? It was a brush of my foot! Anyway I’m over this place and will not be back. Good vibes are gone!!!

Then 2 days later the top coat started coming off so I went and got them fixed. 2 days after that the top coat started coming off AGAIN! Horrible!!! Save your money and go to Noire Nail Bar across the street! They are awesome!

Save your money and go somewhere else where you can get double the service. The staff is rude. They take forever to get you back. I went here 4 times. My last time, my sister booked a room for my baby shower. They chemical burned my face after doing my eyebrows and the same thing to my niece, then refused to acknowledge that they did. They over charged us saying we added services, but we were never told those services costed more. They charged me 52 dollars for a mani pedi, regular, that lasted maybe 30 minutes for an 8 year old! I do not think so. Horrible staff, horrible service, not worth time or money. The decor is awesome if that is what you are looking for.

My daughter and I stopped in with out an appointment. They were able to see us right away, the service was outstanding!! It felt like a true spa...the atmosphere was fabulous! Everyone was friendly, it was clean and the music was nice. We went for a pedi and decided on nails as well! Ashley was my tech. It was the best pedicure I've had in years! Highly recommend!!!

This is a tough review because I had a good technician (Helen) and my mom had a great technician (ocean). My sister had a terrible technician named Tracy. She was rude and Did a bad job. The good. You should request ocean! He's amazing Helen does a good job. Not a great message but she did a good pedicure and manicure. The place is clean and relaxing The front staff is very friendly. The bad. If you get Sns or gel. That's all you get. They don't clean your cuticles or under your nails. It's 45 for just that. Tracy would not even remove old polish from my sisters finger. Tracy was constantly rude. You have to pay extra to have the calluses removed and that consists of using the grater.I won't go back.

My nail tech Lilly is fabulous! The shop is nice. Sometimes the music can be a bit loud though. Overall I would recommend this shop to others.

No big deal, I went and shopped around, came back and the receptionist sat me at the nail bar. 45 minutes later of waiting, I see the receptionist going up to different ladies working and point at me and roll her eyes. I can hear the women behind me in the pedicure chairs saying that their water is cold. 30 MORE minutes of waiting, finally I start getting helped. My nail tech is juggling me and 2 women in pedicure chairs. No one apologized for the ridiculous wait. When I mentioned it as I checked out, no discount was offered or apology. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning if my life depended on it. Awful

The pedicures are wonderful! Great $40 spent! I loved everything about it! However, the manicures are subpar and disappointing. My friend went first and had acrylics put on. The nails were entirely too thick and were bubbly. They were supposed to be all white and were a baby pink shade. Not to mention they rushed her through everything. Terrible service. I went with my mother in law for gel nails a week later. First place I have ever been to that just painted on tips instead of actually putting the fake nails on. I was sitting there like really that's it? $40 down the drain the day before my wedding day and I had hideous nails, but the pedi still looked good.

I never write reviews but I just felt like this was necessary, this place is beautiful inside but when me and my friend went in for manicures I asked for a full set and she wanted shellac. Her manicure was great! She got the full treatment. Me on the other hand, the moment I got home my nails started to come off, with in three days all of them fell off. It was a complete waste of 45 dollars. I also did not get the full treatment even though I paid for it. Then at the end the lady working the cash drawer ended up making me pay for my friends and vice versa, so on top of that she charged my card for more than I was suppose to pay and said she couldn't reverse it.All in all, I would not go here for a full set.

My technician rushed through my pedicure and then applied a very uneven think gel polish. When I complained that there was a glob of polish on the side of my nail she blamed me for not having my hand flat. I asked her to please file it or try and buff it even and it took me asking her two more times before it looked remotely better. Some nails have gaps of polish on the sides and some nails have polish on the cuticle. Very pleased with the atmosphere and decoration but very displeased with the color application. Will not return.

I took my 11 year daughter for her birthday yesterday. We both got a basic mani/pedi and I got the gel polish manicure. The ambiance is beautiful. The shop is clean and smells good. The tubs are lined with disposable plastic for each customer. The color choices are amazing and organized. Good music on the radio. The TV's were tuned to things we like to watch, but muted with subtitles. I love all of that because I have nail salons that were ugly, dusty, run down, with soap operas on the TV. The price was only a few dollars more than the crappy places closer to my house and in my opinion it was well worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given complimentary drinks and a choice between types of foot scrub. My daughter felt special and pampered and happy. The guy who did my daughters nails seemed to have a better eye for detail. He cleaned up her cuticles better and did a better job on the polish. My person wasn't as good, but the job she did wasn't bad. I'm just extremely picky and I expect perfection. That's why I'm giving four stars instead of five. I will definitely go back and I would recommend others to give it a try.

I have come to this salon for a while and am now not going to return. I always have a great experience but not today. My daughter treated me to a pedicure and made us an appointment. They did her pedicure while I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes waiting. Once they finished her another person came over to do mine. When we make an appointment together we expect to be done at the same time. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes I could have gone a different day. The girl was very rough and was in a hurry. You should request ocean! He's amazing Helen does a good job. Not a great message but she did a good pedicure and manicure. The place is clean and relaxing The front staff is very friendly. The bad. The nails were entirely too thick and were bubbly. They were supposed to be all white and were a baby pink shade. Not to mention they rushed her through everything. Terrible service.
