I have probably tried 6 different nail salons and just like Bella Nails Spa. I have never had a problem. When I went in, they left the friendly in my head. Just moved to the area, read a few reviews and decided to give them a try Bella Nails I called to make an appointment and they gave me preference. I showed up right on time, picked a color and they seated my daughter and I, and got started right away. They do have a choice of pedicures, and the prices are average. I'm able to come after work because they are open until 7pm. I'll admit I'm thrilled that they warmed the lotion! My tech took his time, My pedicure is done very fast. they environment was very clean and relaxing. I came in for gel manicure and a pedicure and was helped immediately by a friendly lady at the front desk. My nail tech came and retrieved me in less than 2 minutes after my arrival and I was offered a complimentary drink (I chose the passion fruit mimosa and it was great!) during my pedi. My tech Ivy did both my manicure and pedicure and she was friendly and sweet. The tools were all sterilized and I saw her open the packages that she used right in front of me. She wore gloves and made sure to check if the water temp was good and also set my massage chair up for me. It cost about $15 more than the normal walk in salons that dot the area but it was well worth it. I will be coming back to see Ivy again and I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Just a heads up, the gel manicures are $35 but if you already have gels on, the price goes up to $42 for removal and buffing before your new application. Read Less

I recently returned to this spa and was extremely disappointed in both the atmosphere and the service. The front manicure area is crowded and noisy, not at all a relaxing environment. The tech who did my complete nail set (with tips) completed the job in 20 minutes (normally takes and hour). She really rushed me and had me pick out a color while she was putting on the tips (very difficult for a client to handle the color sample with one hand). I sat under the nail dryer longe...r than requested, yet one nail did not dry & messed up. The nail tech was with another client so another nail tech 'fixed' the nail. I put my nails under the dryer light again and waited the recommended time. I left and the same nail messed up again and I returned once again to have it fixed. Each time I tipped another nail tech. My sister is a long-time regular customer, and I was just in town for a few days for work. Great environment, first timer here. 4 stars because my nail tech missed some spots on the corners (that were noticeable) while doing my dip powder nails. Other than that, I would probably come back because they are located right next to where I get my hair done. Read Less

When I went to the salon not only did I have terrible service she barely painted my nails correctly the color that they had on display did not match the color she put on my nails then she tried to sell me something for her sons school. Well when I went to use it come to find out it's been expired for three years. So Not only did I have terrible service and she made my nails look like a 5th grader painted them, she stole 10 dollars from me. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Tonight was my second time here. Another appointment left with bloody cuticles and nails to the blood. I asked her kindly the second time to not file my nails short and she insisted and wouldn't stop and says he was "shaping" but filing as hard as she could. Love the environment here and wish I could get some good service but I never seem to get any luck. Constantly getting cut, no sorrys or anything. Olivia did a fantastic job setting me up, taking my drink order (Yes, you can have a glass of wine or other beverage.) and performing a beautiful job on my legs and feet. I have been to Bella a few times and each time I have had a bad experience. The most recent, I got the dip powder nails. The owner did my nails. I was charged $50 which is higher than normal, so I asked about it and they said I was charged a nail removal fee. I would not have minded paying that if he had actually removed my nails. He didn't, he just drilled them down. Removing them would be soaking them off. I can still see the previous color around the edges of a few of my nails. Also, I've had 2 nails lift off already, and its only been a week and a half. Usually I can go 3 weeks. I went back to have 1 repaired for 5 dollars, but its not even worth it to repair the second with how much I've already invested. I will not be returning. Read Less

i came here with my friend to have a girls day and let me tell you the service is extraordinary !we were a walk in and got a mani-pediwe had the enzyme pedi and a gel manicure. the people there are friendly and nice and the service was nice and relaxing. the enzyme pedicure was so relaxing and the manicure is the bestI will definitely come back here when I come back to Tennessee. Since I've gotten two different services I can't really comment on consistency of quality from different technicians. So far the deluxe pedi with the stone massage is wonderful. I had an appointment yesterday @ 11:00am, I thought!!! The office mananger/receptionist said it was at 10:30am!! This place is Very Nice!! I have been coming for a couple months or so with my husband and have gotten exceptional service!!! But yesterday was the worst! I spoke with the receptionist on Friday and she said she could only do one service either a gel mani or pedi. Ok I wanted both done so I ask could she book me for the next day she said sure! I thought we discussed 11am but she said she had me down for 10:30am. Then went on to say that she could get me in for one or the other again!! Now I'm upset because if that was the case I could have gotten a mani Friday and the pedi yesterday! Ok, fine but she also tried to argue that I was sent a conformation email or text... I received neither!! So I asked to speak with the manager and she said she WAS the manager so I requested the owner! I had turned into a disgruntle client!! Smh He was with a client so I sat down to wait for him to finish and she decided to see if she could fit me in for both services. Great!! But she had an attitude like she was doing me a favor!!!! Now had she sent the text/email, it would be ok but she did not! This is not a cheap salon! So it wasn't like I am paying for a $45 mani/pedi!! I was very disappointed with the service of the receptionist!!! She needs to be replaced! ASAP The nail techs are awesome!! I've never really had the same one but they all are nice and professional! This nail spa gives an awesome experience for relaxing and offers different types of pedicures! I would give this spa a 5 star rating but that nasty receptionist curved my rating!! Went with my sister and the rest of her bridal party. The bridesmaids all picked out a color they wanted. After 4-5 colors later we finally picked one they actually had available. I opted to do a basic pedicure and a simple finger nail paint. The pedi was good although over priced for the basic pedi, for 45 bucks I could have went to another salon and got a paraffin treatment and hot stones massage. The painting on my finger nails is what why I gave them a  low review. It really looked like crap and I probably could have done a better job myself. Read Less

My husband and I went here because our normal nail person is on vacation. They didn't clip our toenails. They didn't get our ingrown toenails - even after we told them to multiple times. I have dropped by this nail shop a few occasions because they are convenient for me. The energy as soon as you walk in is very negative. They are not friendly or welcoming and I am big on customer service since every where you spend any money you deserve decent service. To be a "bella" nail spa you would think they would have decent products as well. When I asked about a higher quality brand that is used to do acrylic/ gel nails they did not have it. I spend $$$ on my nails because I want to! I will not go to this place if they were the last place to go in Tennessee. I would rather chew off my nail bed and paint them with clay. I will never recommend, drive by, offer free food to these people, or tell anyone about this place unless we were talking about negative energy, poor customer service, or cheap materials.Don't waste your time. Awesome!!! I just moved to Murfreesboro recently and this place happened to be right beside st. Andrews apartments which is where I moved, I came in when they're just expecting your basic nail shop but it was so much more.The first time I came I got crystal for my pedi and then the next time I came I got Jessica! Every since I've been requesting crystal and Jessica every week that I come in! The people here take their time and make sure that everything is perfect.
