Clean, friendly, and lots of gel colors to choose from. Krisheena is excellent with her craft and takes the extra time to treat my extremely thin nails with care and ease. This is the best nail salon I have found in the area, but a bit pricier than most. The value of the service and care that I receive here is my incentive to return. I have been going here for the last 3-4 years and LOVE it! I always get exactly what I want at a great price! The staff is so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I highly recommend the dip powder for manicures, it lasts weeks and I always get compliments on it! And any of the pedicures with extras are awesome and so relaxing. Won't be back here. Lady took 3 of my nails off while getting them ready and then told me it would be 50 for a new set. Told me they do dip nails not tips like I have. I complained that when I called and spoke with her earlier and explained what I was looking for she told me they did that. Argued with her for several minutes, finally did what I wanted done. Still charged me for a full set even though I came in for a fill. When I questioned her she said I put new nails on, I countered with only after you took the old ones off that were perfectly good. I've been coming here on and off for about 3 years. Generally I leave pleased with the nails and pedicure I get done. However Saturday I had the straw that broke the camels back and won't be going back anymore. After working all day Saturday my niece talked me Into going to get a pedicure. So me and my 2 nieces went to the salon. They asked what services I wanted and I told them and I stated I only wanted my pedicure. They tried to talk me into a manicure and I said I'd think... about it. We got right in. No wait time which was awesome. And I had Kevin do my pedicure. I had NOTHING bad to say about Kevin. He made my pedicure so relaxing and did a fabulous job however after being reluctantly talked Into a manicure that's where my relaxing evening was shot. My manicurist tried to again talk me into dipped nails and I politely said maybe next time I don't want them and she said ok whatever. I instantly was upset. 1.5 weeks ago, I would have given this salon a 5. I thought I had found my forever nail salon since moving to Nashville. Sadly, I scheduled a polish change. The current owner did a bad job shaping my nails and the polish was UGLY! I stopped in today and wanted a polish change again, but specifically asked for anyone else. Initially, a young lady walked up and I thought she was doing my nails. Next thing I know the owner comes up and starts acting like he was going to do my nails.... I told the receptionist "this is specifically what I ask NOT for" and walked out. The man seems nice but he is just not detailed or talented with nails or customer service. My sister and I went to Polished today to get a mani/pedi and when we were asked if we had an appointment they rolled their eyes when we told them no. The girl at the front then proceeded to answer 3 phone calls while 3 other girls just stared at us. She then told us that they could only do one service for one of us. I went here this week with my Mom for a pedicure. I looked on here for a place with good reviews and this one seemed to have the best. The place we used to go, we had a negative experience with the last time and wanted to try a new place.  This place did not disappoint. They have a great selection of colors and the staff were super helpful and accommodating.  The staff also did a great job on our pedicures and even provided some great conversation. I cannot believe this salon has not been shut down. One woman/worker is rough, aggressive and disrespectful. While getting a pedicure she cut my foot and when I raised to see why it hurt so bad, blood was dripping in the bowl. She grabbed my foot and yelled at me to not get water on the floor. I informed her to look at my cut, and the blood. She was disrespectful in replying and showed no concern. I got up and walked out telling them I would never be back.It wasn't the first time this worker had been disrespectful in conversation. She is not professional at all and it's too bad she had to ruin it for the business. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. My 12 year old wanted 2 friends to join her for a birthday mani/pedi.  Polished worked us in at the last minute,  worked hard to keep them together so they could enjoy each other's company and fulfilled all their requests.  Artwork on nails was great and the girls loved it!  No other languages spoken during our visit, just English and the staff laughed right along with the girls when they were talking and being silly.  Great experience, we will be back! I've gotten mani / pedis here a few times and while expensive, they were always worth it. They pay very close attention to their work and don't rush you through. It's appreciated because their work is impeccable. Very friendly as well, striking up conversation and making you feel like a friend. They also offer complimentary beverages. For my mani / pedi + designs and tip, it usually comes out to $80. If you can fit it into your budget, I highly recommend it. Read Less

Always very happy with service and quality of the provider. Peronally, I like to have Van do my nails, both, pedicures and manicures. My only problem is that they are closed on Sunday and Monday. In emergencies I have to go elsewhere. Read Less

I recently visited this place, and was warned that someone has gotten fungus, but i alway like to find out for myself.. i showed them a very basic design, and they said they could do it after it looked as if a 3 year old did it...i did say i liked it just to gtfo faster..i paid and left...a week or so has passed since visiting this place and i have noticed a fungus on two of my nails...lets just say I'm staying clear of this place, and normally am not one to speak ill of salons, but step your game up! I have always had great experiences at Polished.  It is not your typical nail salon.  Everything is very clean, the staff is very nice and customer-focused and the facility is upscale yet comfortable.  I recommend making an appointment as they always seem to be busy.  By far, the best place for a mani or pedi in Mt. Went to Polished because I just moved to the area and want to find somewhere to go get my nails and toes done regularly. From the time I walked in the door until the moment that I left it was an unfortunate experience, I honestly wished I would have tried somewhere else. I went with my friend and we both wanted a pedicure and to just relax a little bit, we chose polished because it looked like a nice place. To start we weren't even asked what type of pedicure we would want (we were going to get the most expensive) and weren't offered a drink of water mimosa or anything that the website "states" that they offer you. For me it is all about the experience and this one lacked big time. The girl at the front desk was talking with the other nail techs and customers the whole time. when I was paying for my $35.00 pedicure (the most basic and super fast) I wasn't even asked how the service was! The girl at the front desk had to ask me who even did my nails and I wouldn't know because they didn't even introduce themselves. I brought up to the women at the front desk that I had a bad time, I didn't enjoy it. first she paused, shocked and didn't say anything. finally after awkward moments said that she was sorry, it was her fault and she was extremely busy (even tho we could clearly see she wasn't). It was my daughter's 18th birthday so I wanted to treat her to a really good pedicure.  I'm very tired of the places around town that are run by people who rudely speak in another language while they are doing my pedicure.  I had read good things about Polished so I decided to give it a try.  We were not disappointed. Not only did the employees not speak another language to each other that I couldn't understand, but they actively engaged us in conversation.  I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while my feet were massaged and my toes painted nearly flawlessly.  We will definitely make this our go-to pedicure salon. I researched nail salons before we moved here a 1 1/2 ago. The first time I went to Polished, I fell in love all the girls there are talented and so good at what they do, cause they love what they do. People always stop me, to ask me where I get my nail art done, I'm constantly handing out business cards for Nhi! I get my brows waxed, my lash extensions, my pedicures, my nails, my spray tan, my girls nails (6 & 8 years old) all done here....it's a one stop shop for me  It is clean, professional, and I love going there to relax and chit chat. On one hand, I was half hour late. I was really sorry about that, it was completely my fault. On the other hand, my nails look lumpy, they are squared off, but one side is much sharper than the other on each nail, and when I pointed it out to the tech, he actually said that it was because it was my "dominant hand" so it "looked bigger." He *did* file the corner down, but then went and filed down the other corner even more, so one side is still more rounded than the other. The acrylic looks really lumpy and way too thick. Lastly, I started asking about art and embellishments, and was told that he was not that sort of nail tech, and did not offer any art or embellishments at all. I'm actually now going to try and find a place to fix the lumpy and thick nails. I'm really upset, because it seems that other people had good experiences at this place. Again, I know I was late, and again, I knew it was my fault, but I really would have rather rebooked than gotten the shoddy job that I ended up with.Update: I went to get my nails fixed at another place, and while the new person had to file them down quite a bit and round off the edges that were not blending in, I found the main reason for why they seemed so bulky and thick: my manicurist used gel on top. This was something I most definitely did not ask for, but am sure I paid for! I am now even more upset about the way I was treated, and will definitely never go back. I've gone to Passion a few times. I always get a gel done. I always leave with sore cuticles. and cracking of the gel next day. Went here with my sister back in December, they did not have very many colors, then when we asked about other colors we received a lot of very rude responses. My sister asked for a chevron design. she ended up with some zig zag line that looked like a 3 year old did it. Very terrible customer service. Not great work for the money either. Read Less

Amazing!! I had a gift card, and an upcoming trip to Disney, so I decided to get Disney themed nails. My first time at any type of nail bar and it far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful space, friendly and attentive staff. Great work and attention to detail. Lots of shellac colors to choose from. Absolutely LOVE. I went in with an idea in my head for nail art and they completely over net my expectations. Yes they are a little more expensive than others but it is completely worth every penny. Love love love!  I bought my sister a gift certificate for Christmas because I always see such AMAZING nail art on Facebook and she wanted me to come along.  I got a pedicure which was top notch and watched as my sister got her nails did.  They were adorable!  She got little bows painted on them and he even stuck little rhinestones on her nails.  Very cute.Another note I'd like to make is I appreciate the fact that I can actually have a conversation with the people who are doing my nails... catch my drift?Love this place.
