Was told the wait would be 10 minutes. After waiting 30, asked again how much longer and was told minimum of 30. Save your time and go somewhere else that will actually value your time.

Never going here again. The lady who did my pedicure was rude and mean when I asked her to redo one of my toes because it didn't look good. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

Have to wait like 45 minutes for my girlfriend to sit in a chair and then the bitch up front rushs for some customer she knows will tip well and had her seated and working on her within 3 minutes. I'm sitting here with my girlfriend now and she has still yet to get her nails touched, shittiest nail salon in mount juliet. Don't take your ladies here guys, and ladies just stay away and save yourself the bullshit.

Took us right away. The older gentleman that did my nails did a great job. The younger gentleman that did my girlfriends nail wasn't very friendly and didn't do a good job on the polish part.

I have been going to Helens for about six months now. I LOVE it . Not only do they do an amazing job , but they always are so friendly and make me laugh so much. Helen always stays late if I come in close to closing time even with a new baby at home. They definitely love to treat their customers well! I won't go anywhere else.

While they do a good job I was told by the manager, Helen that I could make an appointment. I've made an appointment twice and it was no different with an appointment than with out. It was first come first serve even with an appointment If you are on a schedule and need an appointment I would recommend Polished on Lebanon Road. You can make an appointment at Poliahed and they are ready for you when you walk in. It's further but still faster since they get you in right at the time of your appointment

It was first come first serve even with an appointment If you are on a schedule and need an appointment I would recommend Polished on Lebanon Road.
