I used to go here often and they did a great job for years but now there are newer employees and it seems they prefer customer quantity over quality service. After my pedicure he started on my manicure with a utensil that had a ton of skin on it. When I asked why there was skin on the utensil he told me that skin was from my pedicure .  In addition, after politely asking the manicurist 3 times to get the skin around my nails better he seemed highly annoyed so I gave up. I really liked the atmosphere here. I'm usually weary about letting people clip my cuticles because I ALWAYS get cut and bleed. They didn't cut me or hurt me in any way and they played jazz music to relax everyone. One of the male workers was even dancing as he was massaging a client's hands. I'VE NEVER LEFT UNHAPPY!!! Theyre always friendly! Quality everytime along with great customer service! In the past ten years ive never been so happy leaving a nail salon. My girl Ivy always hooks it up with perfectly shaped evenly painted nails and good conversation! Im a perfectionist (seriously OCD) and they sure hit the nail on the head everytime. I like this salon, but definitely make an appointment I've had to wait for over an hour multiple times. I have gotten my nails done by Ben every time and he has done a very good job shaping and painting my nails, he is also very nice. I've been a customer since Ben & Nikki were at Bellagio's! Was so excited for them when they opened their own salon! Beniki is the best salon around! Very clean! I can give Nikki an idea for a nail design and she has never disappointed! In some cases she will have an even better idea or color scheme! I went in for a rebase and the lady only spent 10 mins. She got acrylic all over my fingers that I'm still trying to get off, there's a huge amount of bubbles, didn't ask how short or even what shape I wanted. My nails have never looked so bad before. Read Less

Mr. Ben the owner very rude to my mom, the place is very dirty of nail powder and smell of liquid like Acetone and ect. The girl who did my mom pedicure very terrible job and paint polished my mom toe look very ugly. The place is not recommended you any new customer . Read Less

I booked a same day appointment for my daughter and I. We had never been to Beniki before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I looked at the reviews for all of the local salons/spas and chose Beniki due to the reviews and the pics of the establishment. We arrived a little early and were invited to choose a nail color and placed in the massage chair. We were offered drinks while our tootsies soaked in the tub. The jazz style music and the peaceful calm of this wonderful pla...ce was exactly what I needed. I chose the Ultimate Pedicure and my daughter chose the Deluxe. David worked magic on my feet and calves for almost 2 hours and it was amazing. We both decided that this should be a mother/daughter date on a monthly basis...we both work at jobs that require us to be on our feet the entire schedule so this was a much needed treat! I've been to a lot of the nail spas in the Mt Juliet area, and this one was one of my favorites. I intended to only get powder polish remover, but they had so many color choices that I fell in love. The girl who did my nails was very thorough. I would and will be back! Read Less

I visited Beniki this past Monday for a gel polish change. The appearance of the salon was very nice on the inside, however the service wasn't. I didn't receive a hello, just "what are you getting done?"I was told that the wait would be about 30 mins due to being short staffed. That was fine to me, because I had no plans. The issue arose when people came and were seen before me that had no appointment. I continued to observe and no one even said "thank you for patience" or something. Two were finished and I was still sitting there. Then I requested a particular look on my nails and then nail tech gave me an excuse as to why she couldn't do it. I settle for a solid color and let's just say I spent money on something I wanted to take off immediately after walking out the building. First impressions are everything, so I won't be back. I couldn't decide between 2 or 3 stars but decided to go with 2. They were great with my 4 year old but she was done before my pedicure even started...then when my pedicure finally started the guy didn't even ask me which pedicure I wanted when they offer 3 options! He was so rush the whole time I didn't enjoy it at all and the last thing it was was relaxing. He also didn't give me the manicure I asked for when we first walked in.
