I love this place and its owners they have always been great to my family and I. I love that they crack up and joke around. Never have done a bad job on my nails. Went in with my daughter for us to get a pedicure together and the owners was not only rude to me but was also to my daughter! Then to top off the whole thing, they over charges my card and refused to refund it. Needless to say we will not be back!!!!! Read Less

When they first came to town, I adored them and told about 10 people to go there. I couldn't believe the intensive spa treatment I felt I was being given for such a reasonable price. I still go there, but noticed that my most recent pedicure seemed a lot shorter in duration, and they no longer offer you a nice neck wrap or pillow for your lap. They leave it to you to turn on your chair massage and don't do it for you. I was not offered water like I had been in the past, either. My polish, which usually lasts about four weeks by some miracle, only lasted a week with my last pedicure, and was chipping within a few days. I feel like they tried harder in the beginning and were more attentive, and like everywhere else, now that they have a regular clientele, they are like any other nail salon. Nothing special. Go back to giving customers the extra special attention. That is what drew me in in the first place. Read Less

I wish I could rate the gel manicure and pedicure separate. I would definitely give this place a 5 for cleanliness. I would also give my pedicure and the guy who did it a 5. He took his time, and it was definitely relaxing. However, the gel manicure was another story. The guy who did it rushed so fast. I was literally in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes. He missed the sides of my nails, he didn't put polish on the tips of my nails, and he didn't get all of the top coat off, so I had to run home and do it myself. Then, when I asked him to file something down for me, he acted like he was mad I asked. Super annoyed is how I left. :-( Read Less
