I called today to make an appointment at The Nail Shoppe. A woman answered the phone very unprofessionally saying only "Nail shop" in a curt tone. I asked to make an appointment for a pedicure and I also asked if they did eyebrow waxing to which she replied "Uh, yeah". When I attempted to schedule a time she said she would have to get her books together and call me back. Now, I wasn't trying to make an appointment for next month - I wanted an appointment for Thursday! It's been 3 hours and no return phone call. I like to get regular pedicures and had planned on being a faithful customer. Not now. Even if they manage to call me back - WHICH I DOUBT - I will not be giving the Nail Shoppe any of my business! I called up the same day I was able to get an appointment, which was really nice. I walked into the shop and I wasn't sure where to go. I saw a lady giving a manicure and she stopped and asked me my name. I told her and she had me sit in a chair in the same room where the lady is finished with her manicure. I thought she had me waiting for a spa pedicure chair but no, they don't. It was just a container of water and the lady who was having a manicure stayed and chatted the entire time. No problem for me. I like to stay quiet. The nail lady had a very odd sense of humor which I wasn't able to read but my pedicure turned out very nicely, also a decent price of 30.00. Read Less
