My daughter asked ti get her toes polished and the owner began to tell her how he had other people Waiting on him and how she was making them wait because he had to polish your toes. I guess their money is better than ours we definitely won't be back.

The service was poor. I asked for me and my daughter a nail and toe polish. I walked away as my daughter was getting her service. They did not polish her toes and did a poor job on her fingers. Skipped me and went to the next person. After a 3 hour wait I finally got my nails done which was not how I wanted them. I didn't get my full service or receive courtesy or gratitude. I paid but I will never go back. I spoke with the manager and he told me to be quiet and not talk. They don't care about pleasing the customers they only care about your money.

This was my first time going here the service was poor. I had to take off my own overlay cause the lady was getting frustrated. Another nail tech finished my nails he was rude I told him it was my 1st time there he stated he didn't care. And I thought that was very unprofessional for him to say when I was supporting a business.

Had my eyebrows waxed here for the first time last week. Can't fault them at all. The women that did them (Nikki I think) was so friendly, kept the conversation going to take my mind of the waxing and just really lovely. Definitly going again. Highly recommended

Just left from there after a pedicure. The lady put such a thick coat of polish on my big toes that even after sitting under their fans and using their quick dry spray I was unable to make it home wit...
Just left from there after a pedicure. The lady put such a thick coat of polish on my big toes that even after sitting under their fans and using their quick dry spray I was unable to make it home without the paint being ruined. She was too busy talking on her cell phone, other customers and listening to something on her headset to pay attention to what she was doing. I had to ask her several time to not leave my toes with sharp edges. She had no interest in doing a good job only a quick sloppy one. I have been to this establishment many times and she is the only one who has disappointed me. This was the second and last time I will let her do a pedicure for me.

I've had my nails done here twice now. It is both affordable and amazing service! Great colour recommendations given by staff when you're indecisive and the quality product means I can get a long life out of my gels! Very very happy! Would massively recommend!

I only went twice for a mani pedi. I was passed around so much, the nail tech began to cut my natural nails. I wanted a particular polish. I presented a picture of the look I wanted. Because they never communicated in English, I had no idea that they thought I wanted a full set, despite what I said.
That was enough for me.

This was my first time going here the service was poor. I had to take off my own overlay cause the lady was getting frustrated. Another nail tech finished my nails he was rude I told him it was my 1st time there he stated he didn't care. And I thought that was very unprofessional for him to say when I was supporting a business.

Just left from there after a pedicure. The lady put such a thick coat of polish on my big toes that even after sitting under their fans and using their quick dry spray I was unable to make it home without the paint being ruined. I only went twice for a mani pedi. I was passed around so much, the nail tech began to cut my natural nails. I wanted a particular polish. I presented a picture of the look I wanted.
