The people here are overall friendly. Its a cute nail salon. But when you call the number, the owner is unprofessional, she doesn't have a professional greeting, You don't' know if you are calling a personal cellphone or business. I had nail sculpting done, and my nail came off after 8 days, I spent $40 dollars. Its unacceptable for an entire nail to come off. I spoke with the owner and she was trying to say it was basically my fault, and she was not apologetic nor did she offer to fix the ONE nail.

But when you call the number, the owner is unprofessional, she doesn't have a professional greeting, You don't' know if you are calling a personal cellphone or business.
