The owner's (wife) did a terrible job on my hands..cuticles were sore after manicure and she polishes like a 2 year old. I only gave them 2 stars because she did do a descent job on my feet. Everyone is attentive and caring about your experience. And Tyler is so patient with my granddaughter, who loves the Princess treatment . My bridesmaids and I wanted to get our nails done before my wedding in October and were searching for a good place to go. The place we originally were going to go closed so we were scrambling to find a place that could take our group that day. My maid of honor called and set up a group appointment for us with no advanced notice and we were SO thankful that OMG Nails was able to work us in! We arrived and they were ready for us and got us in chairs immediately! I had the ...honor of having the owner herself do my nails and she did a WONDERFUL job! She made me feel very comfortable and was able to take some of the stress I was feeling about the wedding, and get it out of my mind, and to just have a good time! Our whole group felt pampered and we had a great time. When we were done our nails were fabulous and we were all so happy with the color selection and the level of quality of their work! My gel nails lasted for over 2 weeks! I could not have asked for a better experience! I don't get my nails done often, but when I do again, you can bet I'll be making the 45 min. drive there to have them done, because I know the quality is so worth it! On a side note, one of my flower girls was with us and got to get her nails painted, and got a pedi. I went in for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure before vacation and I was incredibly dissatisfied. First, the employees were on cell phones while working which I find rude and unprofessional. Second, I bled on both my toes and fingers from inattentive nail care - again unprofessional. And lastly, my shellac started to peel less than a week later. I have done shellac many times in the past and have never had this issue, however the polish was not cleaned off my skin and cuticles during application causing obvious issues with peeling during growth. I will not be going back to OMG Nails, and I will not be recommending it to anyone in the future. I was highly dissatisfied with the work and professionalism of the staff and owners of the establishment, especially for the price charged. Read Less
