I moved to KC from Florida 7 months ago. After reading Yelp reviews I decided to try Lovely nails. I LOVE this place. Its clean, friendly, and a wonderful selection of colors. I am very picky about my nails... (aren't we all!) I appreciate attention to details and this place gets it every time. Vu, Jason, and Christine are my FAV..Go! You will not be disappointed. I have been going here religiously for about 6 months now. I always leave SO happy with not only the service/way my nails look but in a great mood. Both the clients that come here and all of the employees are so kind and have great conversations with you. I do the DIP Powder and it easily lasts 3/4 weeks with no chipping or lifting. Very unorganized, we had an apt at 330 we arrived at 315 ...they were calling people back for 4 o clock apt before us . We notified them multiple times. The workers were not very nice. Prices were different for me and a friend who got the exact same thing. Paint all over our fingers and side of toes. Do not recommend! Won't let me post pics on this review or else I would. This is my favorite nail salon! It's clean and comfortable! You walk in and there are so many techs at work. So, you don't have to wait but 5 minutes or not at all. They're friendly and greet you with a smile. I had Hai aka Mr. Handsome. He was patient with me when I was being picky about the shape, length and had 3 different colors. I went in with my mind set on them being designed a specific way but I was so comfortable and pleased with his customer service that I let the artist freestyle and I love it! This is by far my most favorite nail salon in all of Kansas City!!! Everyone here is so friendly and ALL the nail techs do an outstanding job! I am always greeted by name and everyone is just so friendly! They also have the best selection of polishes gel and regular, I can always count on them to have the latest OPi collections. I went for my first time in October '16. I had Hai - he did a great job on my nails, kept asking to make sure I liked the shape of my nail, the color after he polished them and was very personable and friendly. I've had my nails done consistently for about 2 years now and so this is an important decision for my picky self. I think I've found my forever nail salon! Read Less
