It's amazing the stark difference in the service that I've recently received. I took my mother one week and was quite pleased. Today on the other hand left me with more than a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived with a friend and we were told that no one was there to help us at the time and to come back in an hour. We get back and not only was the OWNER discourteous, she was rude, abrupt, dismissive and unwelcoming. Perhaps she was having a bad day? I can see that if she truly w...ere the only one servicing patrons of her shop. I'm not going to play the race card though as the only customer she was servicing at that time were also black. It however does not excuse the fact that the way that we were treated was very unprofessional and didn't offer any other resolution for having to wait. Not even an apology. The alternative was to find another place with which to spend my money. One I'll be writing another terrible review. The Nail Bar and lounge is a excellent place to visit....
