Went in yesterday (first time) and was never greeted. I picked out a color and sat down. Once I was called I was asked what shape, how long, and if I wanted acrylic or gel. I opted for gel. Now I've gotten gel nails for over 10 years so I know the process. As she starts my nails I noticed that some weren't straight. I pointed it out but nothing was done about it. As she started to put the gel on my nails it was a lot of product used for one nail. I hate thick looking nails and I know that you're only suppose to use a pea- size amount and build from that. They were also lumpy and bumpy. I was told once she buffs them it would smooth out (nope)!! No clear gel protective coat went on my nails after she finished them and she put oil on them before I washed my hands. This is a no no. After looking at my nails I notice that gel was not applied on the sides of my thumbs yet she continued to polish them. It was a horrible experience! When in business u can't have your picks and chooses when it comes down to customer service. My money is just as good as the next persons. So until my fill- in I'm stuck with thick, wide, lumpy looking nails. Never again!!!! Read Less

I had a great time here. Everyone was welcoming and happy. I came in for a take off and overlay. Take off took the longest. They soaked me which was preferable so I didn't mind the time at all. Especially when John keeps you smiling and happy. John did rush though. Like full set in 30min. Considering that, he did a damn good job. Only one nail was crooked which he fixed no fuss. I started going here because my usual nail shop in Bartlett didn't have some of the designs I wanted to try. Andrew did my nails, done quickly but well, flawless. It's been a month since a fill in and my glitter gel nails look just as awesome as the day he did them!
