I don't think y'all understand: if you're a jazzy chick who is a fan of nail art and you require more than a regular degular manicure, get thee to Graffiti Nail Bar. I swear I just got the nail design...

I swear I just got the nail design of my dreams, and the only description I gave was "Do something colorful with neon or jewel tones."I cannot wait to go back for my next design!
