I tried this nail salon after having a bad experience and it's sad to say that again I experienced the same horrible behavior. I was asked to pick my color and those of you who have your nails done often know it looks different in the bottle than on the sample nail. She told me I could look at the bottle but don't break it if I break it I'd have to buy it and she said a few other things in a nasty tone. I just stood there and watched her in disbelief. This is a great place since the new management took over! The new owner has been doing my fingers & toes for 10 years at another location! I am so happy to have her back "home" in Germantown. The salon is extremely clean and up-to-date on all nail products. This place is very clean and sanitize. They use plastic bag for the pedicure so that it's separated for each customers. Also my nails is really weak like paper thin from Acrylic nail, they recommend me to try the dipping powder, and it's really work for me. I really enjoy it. I was in need of my nails to be shaped and wanted some gel polish (not a full manicure), but wasn't going to have time during the week, so I went Sunday. They close at 6pm, and I showed up at 5:15pm so I know I wasn't probably the ideal customer showing up closer to closing. No one was there so I didn't have any wait! She was quick, and listened to what I wanted which sometimes doesn't happen at other places I've been to before. I stopped in for a pedicure because I didn't have time to go to Diva. It was the fastest pedicure that I've ever gotten. I think she was finished in 25 minutes. I don't think that she used a top coat or a base coat. It only lasted 3 weeks. And she cut one toenail wrong and it has bothered me ever since.  I'm sorry, I hate to complain, but I wouldn't go back. A friend said that she would treat me to a pedicure... So I figured, "Why not?" I showed up with them and was greeted with smiling faces. After a nice soak, my feet felt great. The lady took care of my rough spots and massaged my feet and ankles. It was heavenly. I could just be giving 4 stars because all pedicures are this good. But this place seemed legit.
