This salon always has enough staff. The wait is never long as a walk in. I’ve had acrylic tips done & dipped nails and pedicures and the quality has always been top notch. I’ve had 4 or 5 different techs do my nails and I’ve never been disappointed. After moving from NY to TN I had a very hard time finding a salon that was up to par, but Pure Nail Bar has exceeded all of my expectations. All of the nail techs have been professional and kind. I love this business. Everyone is so friendly, and Josh always makes my 90-year-old mother-in-law and me feel welcome. They pedicures are worth every cent, and our toes look lovely. I called to see if I could get a peddy and my daughter get a manicure. Spoke with gentleman on the phone and he told me to come on in. We arrived and both got took back quickly. I don't know the ladies name that did my toes but she was very rude several times during my visit. She was also rude to my 8 yr old when she came back from getting her nails done. When she finished I sat with my feet under the drying station for at least 10 mins. The gentleman thanked us for coming in... so promptly after calling and I thanked him for getting us in and he told me we were good to go. I got home to find both of my big toes were messed up due to all the coats of polish she put on my toes. Seriously Pure Nail Bar is the best nail salon I've ever been too. This place was be amazing. This salon had gracious staff as soon as walked in. They had a big variety of polishes and basic colors. This place is a breath of fresh air. The nail staffs here are not only skilled but wonderfully friendly and inviting. The minute you walk in the door you feel as though you have known them for so long and they treat you as such. If you walk in with a picture they won't give you a funny look or switch people but rise to the occasion and make you a happy customer. They do my nail so beautiful and quickly. Needed a last-minute pedi, so I tried this place. Mistake. I chose the basic pedi because they were closing soon (though I called first and they said no problem, come on in), but the man doing my pedi said they didn't have that one and basically forced me to get a more expensive one. He cut my toes more than once, digging in my cuticles like a gardener. He sat me under the dryer and kept checking my nails and saying to wait...then suddenly they needed to move a big piece of furniture where I was so he says I can go now...and my big toe was ruined before I got to the car. Never again. The whole place had a bad vibe and I regretted going there as soon as I walked in. Next time, I'll listen to my spidey sense. Read Less

I love going here! I feel like there is always a chair available when I walk in and the nail technician focuses on me the entire time rather than going back and forth between customers. They also always offer me a drink when I sit down. I've started getting my eyebrows waxed here. At first I was nervous, but so far they've done a great job. She also does eyelash extensions which I had done for my wedding and I got a dozen compliments on them. I highly recommend! Read Less

This place is in dire need of a deep cleaning.   While they are cleaning off all the cobwebs maybe they can replace all of the burnt out light bulbs. BEWARE!!! Have been going here for fills and pedicures for several years. I have noticed that it has steadily gotten less clean.  Saturday was my last visit.  When they removed my dark nail polish, one finger nail had dark black fungus. That was bad enough. Then he proceeded to remove the acrylic and then place clean acrylic over it without treating the fungus. I asked several times about putting something on the fungus and he said he would do it when it he was done! What? He finished the nail and polished it then, when I inquired about something for the fungus again, he put a drop of something under the nail tip and said it would be fine.  The fungus was on the nail bed and not near the tip. I knew this was very wrong. But here is the worst part for you reading this review: he did not throw away the file or drill emery board tip that he used on my infected nail nor did he segregate any of the other tools he used on me.  When he was finished, he put tools in their usual spot and when to work on a pedicure.  The poor person who followed me was worked on with tools with fungus on them.I have purchased my own mani/pedi kit  to help prevent this in the future at a CLEAN salon. health.usnews.com/health… Read Less

This was by far the best pedicure I have ever had! The staff was sweet and friendly and very attentive and well trained. What impressed me most was how much I got for such a low price. Other expensive salons charge twice as much and don't provide all the services that Pure Nail Bar does. I would recommend it to anyone! Read Less
