Went to this location about a year ago and it was fine. Went today for a pedicure while I was in town and cannot recommend this place to anyone. I would like to say at least they were friendly but no one spoke in the hour and 45 minutes I was there so who knows. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t seem like she was formally trained or even know what she was doing. The pumice stone part was painful, they didn’t speak to me to have me move my feet just shoved them up and down or in the position they needed, the polish looks rough. It was not relaxing at all. When it came time to clean up the polish lines the brush was thrown across the dirty floor and they lady still picked it up to use it. Normally I speak up when there are this many errors but I don’t think anyone would have known what I was upset about. If this is new management from the last time I was here I’m not thrilled. I had a terrible experience today with this salon. As I sat in the chair attempting to get my nails filled the Male tech kept looking at his phone. He then took a phone call and got up and walked away. Once he returned he continued to look at his phone and then took another call right in front of me. After the first call I was annoyed after the second I was irritated. Then he picks up his phone and places a call.. at this point I am furious! I got up and told him I was done. It seemed to me that his personal business was more important to him than a paying customer. He proceeded to say he was sorry as he continued to make his phone call! I now have to go somewhere else to have my nails finished. I will never be returning to this salon and I will urge others to take their business elsewhere! Read Less

Can't wait to go back! The salon is really nice, clean and spacious. I usually don't have an appointment but they were able to take me right away. I don't remember the woman who did my nails but she did an awesome gel manicure. Love this place, the prices are very reasonable too! Read Less

Positives: people were very friendly, the space was quiet, we were quickly served, decent price Negatives: my nails were not consistently shaped, the nail polish was uneven and didn't cover the nail, my friend's polish was all over her nails and fingers, both of our paint jobs were lumpy. Tried 3 times - each time there was an excessive wait. Not going back. The techs are good but there must not be enough of them or they don't know how to maximize them. I don't mind waiting 5 even 10Minutes but a half hour or more is not acceptable. Read Less

Very friendly and professional nail salon! I usually come to Luxe Nails for my acrylic and pedicure. One time, they was so busy so I got my nails done somewhere else and messed up my nails. Lucky for me, I went to Luxe Nails and they fixed it for me without having to redo a whole new set. Not only they make it looks prefect but they also tried to save me money as well. Won't go back.  The guy wanted to FILE my gel polish off with a very course nail file from my NATURAL nails...without ANY soaking... at all.  I walked out. The only reason I gave two stars is the fact my 1st experience wasn't scary.  (What anyone would expect)  But this place does not seem to be consistent. Read Less

Will not go to this nail place again!  I went in and told them I just wanted a simple manicure, 14.00 they said.  Go and sit down and a different lady starts cutiing my nails, ends up cutting them VERY shortm she thought I wanted fake nails, so pissed right now!!! Read Less

They did an excellent job with my nails (gel french no bubbles) and I received quick service on a Saturday morning. I didn't understand why they had two prices for the gel nail polish $20 for the nail polish alone or $14 for the manicure and then you had to pay $20 on top of that..just a little weird..but I am sure the prices are comparable with other shops. Best nail salon in Maryville, hands down !! The staff is polite and does a wonderful job on my nails. I get pedicures and white tip nails on a regular basis and they always look good. They also do a wonderful job if you want some nail art. Read Less

Enjoyed my experience here.  I've only had two other manicures in my life, so I'm not the best judge, but my nails look great!  I got a gel French manicure and my nails are more even with less little "bubbles" that occurred with my last one at another place (and where they chipped).Also, I really appreciated how clean the place was.  Watched how well they scrubbed all the dishes, tools and the pedi area after other clients left.  It makes me feel much more comfortable being there.  Definitely plan on going back!
