My nails don't look the best, and are not all the right lengths. They didn't push my my cuticles and cut them. It is also very hard to communicate with the people. The man there also took an extra 20 that i handed him since I didn't have change and cause problems with me and my friend. My experience there in general wasn't to great. This place is awful, when I sat down to have my manicure, they took an already used manicure pouch to used it in my nails I complained to them, about their poor standard of sanitation performing manicures. Went in for a French manicure before attending a funeral. My fingers were knicked numerous times. Never had this experience at any other salon. Horrible experience & will never go back. A manicure should be relaxing not look like a trauma victim when finished. Went back a few days later to complain & the lady there did not seem concerned at all. I go here a lot when my usual place is booked or closed. I went last night an hour and a half before closing. When it was my turn, the guy doing my nails absolutely RUSHED through my full set. My nails weren’t filled how I asked, my nails weren’t even polished completely, my designs look like crap, he didn’t even use a base coat, I got cuts all over my cuticles and he messed up some of my nails and didn’t even offer to fix them polish job. Worst pedicure I've ever had! She was done in 10 min.! Slammed my feet on the foot rest every time she took them out of the water. No lotion,exfoliation or anything and that was in the description of even the cheapest pedicure. Didn't ask me which pedicure I wanted when I sat down. Lee Ann and get husband Henry are wonderful! Very accommodating and excellent at their jobs. They have added quite a few Spa treatments. But the waxing is the most convenient. All of the staff is wonderful and kind and well-trained. Your nails are perfect when you leave. Read Less

I have tried this place a couple of times in the past 2 years, STILL the same, lady is nice BUT the guys do horrible work, cant paint very well and my daughters acrylic nails look HORRIBLE they are real thick and the polish job looks like a young kid did them :( I wont go back ever again done trying..... They didn't clean under my nails or push my cuticles up. They also didn't smooth out the ends of my nails, I had to go back and file because they rushed. Manicure took an hour because they were starting customers and then moving on to the next and circling back around so I couldn't leave. Read Less

My pedicure was pretty good. But my gel manicure was awful. The girl didn't file my nails straight and mixed two polishes together to get the color I requested without asking me. The paint is uneven and she missed spots with the top coat which seals and makes them shiny. Then she got the gel all over my cuticles- I could have done a better job. I asked her to fix how she had gotten the paint outside the lines and on my cuticles but she didn't. I finally said its fine and paid and left. I went here rather than my regular place bc I was out of town. Lesson learned and a waste of money. Read Less

WORST pedicure I've ever gotten in my life! PERIOD. I was in the chair, total, MAYBE 15 min. The towels burned my feet, he put them on for 1 min, took them off, put a top coat on and THEN massaged my feet with lotion, then put my polish on... Wrong sequence of of things... HORRIBLE! It is very disappointing to me that NO reviews in the area mention a thing about how clean the salon is, and this review will be the first to change that!This salon is not clean enough. Upon arriving we looked and it looked clean, but that turns out to only be on the surface! My mother in law asked if they were easy to understand (she has hearing loss) and if they did a good job and the girls asked, "do you want easy to understand or a good job?" My mother in law thought they were joking, I'm questioning that now. I should have left when I asked for a clean nail file and the technician responded with "this is new, I took it out yesterday". Nail instruments should be changed and cleaned with EVERY customer. Nail files are to be disposable and single use. When it was time to remove calluses, they used a tool that should only be used by a doctor. I've had MANY manicures and pedicures in my life and never had someone use this tool on me, so I had to look it up after. Now I know why I've never seen it. Please hold your manicurists to a higher standard and don't only expect good service, expect CLEAN service! Read Less
