HORRIBLE! Do not waste you money. All my nails where uneven and had lines threw them and when I asked her to fix it she threw her tools down and stomped away. My 12 year old daughters nails look worst...
HORRIBLE! Do not waste you money. All my nails where uneven and had lines threw them and when I asked her to fix it she threw her tools down and stomped away. My 12 year old daughters nails look worst then mine. The woman screamed in my child’s face and when I asked her to take them off of her she yanked her hand and squeeze her fingers.

Poor service they were very disorganized wouldn’t listen to me kept insisting I wait when they were clearly swamped I just had to get up and walk out because no one would listen to me . First impression is everything in my book and this one sucked so I’ll never come back

Sweet ladies, but by far the worst manicure I have ever had. Absolutely horrible. Maybe the other lady there does a better manicure. I do not recommend.

Great service for half the price!! Warm stone treatment with pedi or mani! Better than local large chain. Family owned and not charging you big town prices with upsells left and right.

I started going here several months ago and Anna has always done my nails and she does a good job. I took my daughter today to get them done and Nancy did her nails. She has no business doing nails! She was rough on my daughter. In my daughter's words, it was torture. She not only hurt her, she didn't clean off the nail dust off the nails or have her wash her hands. The white acrylic nail tips were the wrong size on several fingers and she put so many coats of acrylic that her fingers looked deformed. My daughter left before Nancy put the gel coat on, because she realized she wasn't going to file them anymore when she put the file away. My daughter also paid before she left also. We talked to Anna on the way out to let her know what had happened. All she said was she was sorry. We left and went to another nail place who couldn't believe the mess her nails were. After getting her nails fixed, stopped back by Ultra Nails and showed them the difference in her nails. Anna said she had customers why she couldn't help her. Nancy was very rude and said you didn't let me finish and said she knew what she wanted next time she come back and my daughter politely told her she wouldn't be back. Nancy said then go home then. Yes very rude and unprofessional place. They didn't even offer to give her money back. Needless to say, I won't go back either.

The lady was supposed to give me tips and paint them and my nails are ruined the tips are all crooked and the polish is barely there the ends are way to thick and I hated them I got them done yesterda...
The lady was supposed to give me tips and paint them and my nails are ruined the tips are all crooked and the polish is barely there the ends are way to thick and I hated them I got them done yesterday. The only reason they are still on is because of prom and also because they cut my nails were cut down to my finger!!!! I will NEVER go back!!!!!!!! It was the first time I ever got my nails done and I cried when I got home!!

The lady was supposed to give me tips and paint them and my nails are ruined the tips are all crooked and the polish is barely there the ends are way to thick and I hated them I got them done yesterday. The only reason they are still on is because of prom and also because they cut my nails were cut down to my finger!!!! I will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!
