Horrible. Got my nails done ( acrylic nails) had them on for a week and looks like they are half on , 4 of them already fell off. I called and explained what had happened and the lady told me she couldn't do anything besides paint my actual nail , which I can do that! She laughed at me also and hung up on me. I've only been once, but my experience was good. The gentleman that did my pedicure wasn't particularly friendly, not was he unfriendly ... . he didn't talk to me .. however, the woman (owner maybe?) was VERY friendly. Me ,my husband and my daughter have been going to this nail salon for several years. The owners are friendly, kind, and professional. The prices are great. I saved alot of money having mine and my husbands ingrown toenails removed here instead of at the podiatrist. I am always pleased with the original designs on my nails. This is the worst gel manicure I've ever had in my life. I came here to get my nails done before my wedding. I asked them not to rush and said that I wasn't in any hurry because I wanted them to look nice. So sloppy! Polish was all around my fingers. Apparently when you ask for gel nails you have to specify that you also want a manicure, or else they only file them down a little and slap on some paint. I will absolutely never return.
