So let me start by saying, I'm picky. I take pride in it because it makes me feel good when I feel like its done right. I needed a fill in for my acrylics and gel put on top. My manager told me about this salon and my old one wasn't so great anyways. I made two trips to this salon in two days. The first trip was fine but I went home and felt they could have been shorter and pointier. And my choice in polish was off. Then one broke. So I went back the next day. Today. And Jon, whose worked there for 19 years took care of me. Not only did he listen and fix everything just as I like, but he is very personable and makes good conversation throughout the entire process. Which for some of us can take an hour to two. He was so patient and understanding. Even took his time to help me find a color that I actually wanted. Which is hard for me. And all he charged me for was a polish change. I will continue to do business with them for years to come :) thanks Jon

Horrible management and service. I might as well paint my nails myself! John is the best thing this place has going for it. Tina is just rude and conniving; she will RUIN your nail beds while manipulating you to make YOUR nails what SHE wants them to be.

This was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. I felt like it was very rushed. Which wasn't necessary because I was literally the only person in there. My feet actually look worse than when I got there. I got both a pedi and gel nails and was in and done in 45 minutes. I'm still picking the polish from under my nails and around my cuticles. A few of them are filed crooked. I will say that the guy that did both services was very polite. Also they charge $1 if you pay with debit or credit. And it specifies on the wall that they would like cash only. Which I feel to be kind of shady.

Love this place. Tina does an excellent job on designs. I'm a regular customer. I've gone to other places but always come back to Lenoir Nails

Owner is very disrespectful towards women and told me to suck his D**K and to stand up he would punch me in my face all of which is recorded. would not go to this place period.

Employees are so kind and they do an excellent job! Their prices are very reasonable. I will certainly return and will likely become a regular customer.

This place is a total joke. I had gel polish put on Wednesday and by Saturday it was falling off. I have gel nails done usually twice a month at most at another salon and I have never had it fall off...
This place is a total joke. I had gel polish put on Wednesday and by Saturday it was falling off. I have gel nails done usually twice a month at most at another salon and I have never had it fall off in 3 days.. Usually I have to have it removed. It was on so thin and more like regular nail polish... with a gel price.
I read the reviews before I went there and I should have listened to all the negative reviews. Terrible

Upon walking in there is a very strong smell of nail polish/paint fumes.. I mean strong...I'm very sensitive to smells and this will definitely put me into a migraine. They seem very friendly but only...
Upon walking in there is a very strong smell of nail polish/paint fumes.. I mean strong...I'm very sensitive to smells and this will definitely put me into a migraine. They seem very friendly but only two workers with two customers with six work stations!!? We are waiting along with another lady who also feels the same way me and my daughter do about this smell....Tylenol!!!No public restrooms.One little air purifier/cleaner is suppose to take the fumes out of here? Afraid not.Ugh!!Me and my daughter are very light headed at this point. Checked in @ 3:15 it's now 3:40 still no spot open.We are OUT!!**Dangerous if your in there for awhile and have to drive.. the fumes will put you under. Seriously!!!

Have been a couple of times now for pedicures. Very relaxing, owners are very nice. Have had an enjoyable experience each time. I will go again.

I go to Lenoir Nails to get my finger & toe nails done. I have tried other places & my nails seem to break or lift, but not here. I have always been very satisfied with their work. They are right on Highway 321 so its easy to find. The color is selection is awesome. If you are looking for a nail salon that is friendly, clean, & stand behind their work. Go to Lenoir Nails.
