Worst experience I have ever had at any nail salon. Went in to get a pedicure and a shellac/gel manicure. I had gel already on my nails which is obvious if you looked at them because they were about 2.5 weeks old and had started to grow out. The woman that did my pedicure didn't even speak to me at all until it came time for her to look at my nails. She looked at my nails like it was the most insane polish she had ever seen and proceeded to take a drill to my pinky. I'm assuming she was trying to see how thick the gel was?? She drilled it until it started to hurt and I had to tell her so. Then she grabbed a bowl of acetone and told me to soak my nails in the bowl. About 15 minutes later she checked my nails then brought me a small piece of paper towel and told me to rub the polish with the towel. Out of the 10 years that I have been getting my nails done I have never in my life been told by a nail tech to rub my gel polish off with a paper towel. I did as I was told but it clearly wasn't working so after about 20 minutes I stopped. I used my own fingernail to test the gel to see how soft it was. It came right off so with the proper tool the gel would have came off in a couple of scrapes. I wanted another 10-15 minutes - this time with cold towels on my legs and feet. When the tech finally came back over to me she told me that she wanted ME to scrape my old polish off with my own fingernails. This was it for me. I was not going to drop almost $100 to get my nails done by someone who was telling me to remove my own old polish with my fingernails. If this is the way I wanted my nails done I could have done it at home. I got extremely upset and it wasn't until I refused to pay for any services that the owner or manager then decided to look up from his job and address the issue. He then tried to explain the proper way of gel remove, which I was already aware of, and I asked then why is your technician making me soak my entire hands in acetone for 40 minutes then instructing ME to remove my own polish with my fingernails. She clearly doesn't know what she is doing. The worst experience ever. Save your time and money and go to another salon in Mt Juliet. Also, my pedicure was never completed so this was part of the reason why I didn't even offer to pay for it because that service was never completed either. Read Less

This place is filthy. DO NOT GO HERE. They used a tool on me before properly sanitizing it...one technician actually used the tool on the lady next to me then passed it to my technician to use on me immediately. My mom went there as well and came back with a shoddy pedicure and a brand new toe nail fungus. Read Less

The lady told me I was stressing her out and she kept yanking my hand yelling at me and did a terrible job on my nails and charged me 65$ for a crappy service. Can I come get a refund tomorrow?? Definitely worst experience at a nail salon. Read Less

The absolute worst nail salon, customer service and just completely disrespectful establishment. I asked for my mishaped, uneven nails to be be corrected. They were awful to me. Just awful. I was promised very intricate design and received polka dots, one coat of polish on several nails and no top coat. When I asked for them to be fixed to my liking and refused, I then asked for a refund and was asked to leave. I just do not believe anyone should be treated so horribly in any place of business. Very bad experience. I got a mani and a pedi. With the pedi, the nail tech scrubbed the TOP of my feet and left my feet with cuts. I was concerned about an infection. My manicure I asked for gel. Took my daughter and granddaughters for their back to school manis. Found charges to be outrageous! No prices posted in the store. When I questioned the charges she told me they were correct. I have had my nails done for years and have never been anywhere where the pedi cost less than the Mani even with gel polish. The techs spoke constantly to each other in their language making no attempt to speak English. I believe they took advantage of me because I told them I was from out of town and leaving the next day. Very poor sanitation levels. As another reviewer reported- they do not sanitize cutting devices like nail clippers and cuticle trimmers- I'm pretty sure it's not legal. Where's the health department??? Two ladies working on us were rude making comments about our nail polish choices and inserting opinions when they weren't asked for. My finished pedicure I would give about a C minus- not worth the risk of infection. You shouldn't ask your friend "are you okay" after you leave a nail place! Read Less

first to start off i asked how much acrylics were and no one knew what i was talking about. when they understood what i was talking about they said $25. they did not shape,clean or do anything to my naturals before putting the fake nails on. as the women with the long hair was painting my nails she got a piece of hair on my nail. I asked kindly for to remove it and she couldn't get it off so she painted over it leaving my nail with little bums all over it. she left my nail super tick i have seen and had acrylics before they should not have been that thick. when i was finally done she told me my total was $37 i do not plan on returning i will take my money somewhere else. Was wanting a full set the lady who did the service argued with me that she didn't like the length I wanted. After cutting them shorter than I wanted she cut 4 of my fingers with the drill multiple times I asked her to be a little more gentle and she told me it was fine. I showed her the shape I wanted and she told me no. After she was finished and I looked at them they were all different sizes and shapes. The acrylic was not smooth and she did not paint all of the nail on multiple fingers. Was doing hair extensions for a client in the area and arrived earlier than anticipated.Decided to get a pedicure to soak up the extra time.Was not disappointed.The technician who took care of me was fabulous.After a nice warm soak (which was not rushed) my cuticles and heels were softened before my previous polish was removed and my cuticles were pushed back and trimmed. My feet were thoroughly scrubbed with a pumice stone and lotion was applied before my toes were perfectly polished in a nice clean shade of glistening black.The cost was less than $30 which felt like a great deal to me. I admit I don't have any range of comparison in this locale though, but in the area of northern Virginia I am from this would have easily been a $40 service or more.Overall I was completely delighted by the efficiency and skill exhibited by their staff.I would definitely go again next time I'm in the area. I haven't gotten acrylics in a very long time and I was very nervous going in but they were very awesome all the way around.All the staff members were nice and very calming for someone like me. The atmosphere was comforting and even when I first got there and it was busy it wasn't overwhelming. My nails are indeed very happy with the treatment and they look really good. I'll be going back for sure.I, at first, choose a color of the wall but they said I should get gel. They even had a matching coloring in the gel and it was dry and set immediately. I went to this place because my friends I was staying with recommended it. I needed my eyebrows done and one acrylic nail fixed. I told her what I wanted for my eyebrows and she made them extremely thin.... Not anything that I wanted. I was really upset. I tried to shake it off like maybe she didn't understand me. Well when she was fixing my nail, she didn't make it the same shape as my other hand and missed a LOT of my nail while painting. I asked her if she would comp me a polish change, which she did. Terrible quality.  Not hygienic.  I had my nails done and within 7 hours (without any strenuous work) my polish was coming off and looked terrible!  I came in the next day and asked them to repair them. They were very rude to me telling me if I wanted it to last longer I should have spent $30 on gel nails. I waited 20 mins for them to tell me to come back in 2 hours. Rude. I have been going to nails so happy for about two years. It's strange to say I don't have a favorite technician to do my usual pedicures, They all do a excellent job,and really seem to enjoy working there. They will make sure to offer you something to drink, the wine is not to shabby either! It would be a good thing to make an appointment, because I've been there when five to six people will walk in within a couple minutes. I love to get my mani n pedi at nail so happy salon in lebanon, they did a beautiful job on my nails the people are so nice n friendly,  the place is always clean and they offer beverage r cold water for refreshment upon request,  the salon open seven days a week the great things about it they take appointments and walk in with less time waiting.
