Let me preface this with saying this is the fourth nail salon I've been to since April. The first was ok. The second charged me like I was having a mani/pedi in Brentwood with Reese. The third gave me such an atrocious manicure, I just looked at it and laughed. Lucky gave me an excellent manicure, however I would have liked for the massage to have been longer. The massage was a bit rushed both hands being done in under 5 minutes. That is the only minor point I have. I will definitely go back.

So kind! My nails always look beautiful :) They like for you to make an appointment. This helps toward you getting your nails done on a scheduled time to keep them looking fresh!

Horrible customer service! Nails looked horrible after being done. I asked them to fix the issues or to just take them off completely and I would take my business somewhere else. When I spoke to the gentleman who answered the phone, he was very rude and said he would charge more. I could hear him yelling at my daughter. She ended up leaving upset in tears. As a business owner myself, you want to have good customer service in order to keep a successful business. I feel this man was very unprofessional the way he handled the phone call and feel either he should have fixed the issues or gave a discount or something. I will never come here again and I highly recommend not using this salon.

In searching for a nail salon in Lebanon I decided to try Lucky Nails. Make an appointment. Never sure who will wait on you. I made an appointment. A walk in was taken before me...not cool. The place is very dated and feels rather dirty. I've had my nails done twice and they do an ok job. I think I'll keep looking for my spot.

Love coming to Lucky Nails. They are always so friendly and if you're lucky Ben will be here to entertain you! I usually get a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. A lot of wonderful colors to choose from...

Let me preface this with saying this is the fourth nail salon I've been to since April. The first was ok. The second charged me like I was having a mani/pedi in Brentwood with Reese. The third gave me such an atrocious manicure, I just looked at it and laughed. Lucky gave me an excellent manicure, however I would have liked for the massage to have been longer. The massage was a bit rushed both hands being done in under 5 minutes. That is the only minor point I have. I will definitely go back.

Horrible customer service! Nails looked horrible after being done. I asked them to fix the issues or to just take them off completely and I would take my business somewhere else. When I spoke to the gentleman who answered the phone, he was very rude and said he would charge more. I could hear him yelling at my daughter. She ended up leaving upset in tears. As a business owner myself, you want to have good customer service in order to keep a successful business. I feel this man was very unprofessional the way he handled the phone call and feel either he should have fixed the issues or gave a discount or something. I will never come here again and I highly recommend not using this salon.

The place is very dated and feels rather dirty. I've had my nails done twice and they do an ok job. I think I'll keep looking for my spot.
