This salon is lacking customer service. I ask for a neutral blonde base today and got dark brown. The only answer the team had was add highlights. Went for the 1st time to get my hair styled. Am an older women and wanted a style that didn't look to old or to young. My hairdresser was Dalila, she asked all the right questions and I came away with the best cut I have ever had in a long time. I really love my new style and the fact I can achieve it myself at home. On a downpour of a day I took my child there to get a hair cut. About 2pm. I was in their parking lot when I called to make sure they had an opening and a young female smarty pants answers the phone. I ask if they can do a haircut. Reply.. " No we are about to get out of here " At 2pm? I asked for the owner and she said she isn't available right now. So....business taken elsewhere. Hey....
