This place used to be absolutely wonderful. I loved going here other than it being a little pricey. At some point it changed though. The cleanliness became not so ideal. The workers went from be warm, happy and welcoming to rather cold and rude. Nail quality used to be incredible, but the last two visits there we scratchers that could be seen through my nails and just not good at all. Very disappointing the direction this place turned.

This is the worst Nail salon ever! I quit going years ago. I specifically asked for a certain technician to do my pedicure and nails, when she said someone else will (help) with my pedicure, she sent someone else over to actually do my pedicure. When I complained, she came over and did the final polish. Since there is no other place in Lawrenceburg to get your nails done, I gave them one more chance. Same thing. Last chance! Awful experience. Go to Columbia Nail Time!

this place is horrible . I've been going for over a year & they've never done better than an "alright" job . have heard many cases of foot fungus from there & infection as well . I got my nails done there not even a week ago , & already one snapped off ! it's only been 4 days ! plus when they finished my nails , they charged me & my cousin , whom was visiting from out of state $10 extra each than was previously discussed on the phone . they were beyond rude to my cousin & had horrible customer service. do NOT go there !!!! wish I could give NO stars !

I had my first visit to this nail salon today with my mother and daughter today. I would have to say this was the WORST service I have ever seen at any nail salon. Appointments mean nothing to this ow...
I had my first visit to this nail salon today with my mother and daughter today. I would have to say this was the WORST service I have ever seen at any nail salon. Appointments mean nothing to this owner. Customer service is not in their understanding their prices are way to high for what little bit of customer service they do give. After 1.5hrs past my appointment time they finally said they could start on my nails. Honestly the best thing this business could do is close their doors and save their community the migrain they cause to ladies trying to keep thier nails looking nice. Anyone in Lawrenceburg TN would be better off driving to Columbia,TN or Florence, AL for a quality nail experience. The owners are rude and hateful and need a lesson in customer service.

No respect for customers. Will tell ANYTHING to get people to stay, even when there is absolutely no way they can do the work. They have much to few staff to do a good job. When asian staff are ask questions the, what appeared to be owners/managers act silly , giggle and pretend not to speak clear English. For many years I've used man nail care businesses and this is by far the worse place ever. Rating this place considering, cleanliness, customer service and service given is all around LOW. Drive to Florence, PLEASE!

This is the worst Nail salon ever! I quit going years ago. I specifically asked for a certain technician to do my pedicure and nails, when she said someone else will (help) with my pedicure, she sent someone else over to actually do my pedicure. this place is horrible . I've been going for over a year & they've never done better than an "alright" job . have heard many cases of foot fungus from there & infection as well . I had my first visit to this nail salon today with my mother and daughter today. I would have to say this was the WORST service I have ever seen at any nail salon. Appointments mean nothing to this owner. Customer service is not in their understanding their prices are way to high for what little bit of customer service they do give. No respect for customers. Will tell ANYTHING to get people to stay, even when there is absolutely no way they can do the work. They have much to few staff to do a good job.
