I've never had such an amazing experience at a salon. I got the dip powder manicure and my mom got a pedicure. First of all the person who did my nails was an owner but she was so sweet and fast. She got my nails done in 20 minutes. My mom loves ivy who did her pedicure. It's been a week and my nails look awesome. We'll definitely go back and bring friends!!

Excellent salon with the friendliest of people. I have been going here for pedicures for more than 10 years now. I've since started doing my nails (hands) as well. I also have David do my hair. I love my "one-stop shopping" and I feel like they are my family. They always ask about my son if he's not with me & when he is with me, they are always so sweet to him. Prices are excellent too - very fair & affordable!

The stylist didn't take time to figure out what I wanted in with a style/cut. She did not cut it the way I described, didn't even cut with my natural part that I told her about. I've tried styling it at home, without luck. Now all I can do is wait for it to grow out. Very disappointed.

Love love love max nails! They're always super nice and they do an amazing job. You feel welcome the minute you walk through the door! Super accommodating when it comes to wheelchair accessibility and will even stand to give a manicure if the individual cannot get close enough to the table. I will be going here for a very long time! Thanks for being awesome!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone is so nice there and they all go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of (especially David and Cindy). I get an SNS manicure, usually by Cindy but almost everyone there has helped me one time or another. She's also the best eyebrow wax in town. I used to go where ever for manicure and pedicures, but now I only go to Max. I even drive from North Knoxville!

The atmosphere is so relaxing and pleasant. I had a hairdresser that I used for many many years. I thought no one was better. Well, I was wrong. Max is better!! David and my main guy Kay Kay Kay - they are so good I am going to see about putting their name on the ballet to run for President.

I moved here from California and so happy to found this salon. I went in for my keratin treatment, it was the best one I ever had before, my hair felt so good and the treatment stay on longer then before. Highly recommend Cindy and David, even more they give $75 off on Monday- Wednesday. Very reasonable price and great people.

I love this place. I'm an over the road driver and they knew I had no schedule and making appointments was always hard but they always worked me in somehow. They are the sweetest people in the world. I always enjoy talking to them all. I feel like family there. I also love the diversity they have brought into the salon. David has been doing my hair for years now. He's great at cuts and colors. Never ever have I had a complaint about this place. I wish I didn't relocate and seen them more often. I truly miss them all dearly.

I've never had such an amazing experience at a salon. I got the dip powder manicure and my mom got a pedicure. First of all the person who did my nails was an owner but she was so sweet and fast. She got my nails done in 20 minutes. My mom loves ivy who did her pedicure. It's been a week and my nails look awesome. We'll definitely go back and bring friends!!

Excellent salon with the friendliest of people. I have been going here for pedicures for more than 10 years now. I've since started doing my nails (hands) as well. I also have David do my hair.
