One of the worst fill-ins I’ve ever received. A boy done mine and you can see all the grooves from the tool they use that’s supposed to shape the nails and smooth them down. The clear coat he put on started coming off the next day, I’ve never had that happen and it’s also changed colors. I’ll never spend another dime in that place. Complete waste of money.

This was the first time I have ever been here and it will be the last. This place has absolutely horrible service. I was left just sitting there multiple times while in the middle of getting my nails done. While sitting by myself with no instruction, as they just got up and walked away, I had to ask if I needed to wash my hands or when I was done.
Also, while getting my nails done I was burned multiple times and bleeding on multiple fingers. The person doing my nails was very much in a hurry. I have never been in pain or bled like this before when getting my nails done.
Most importantly, I got acrylic nails and when I left and got home I realized there was gaps between the fake nails and my real nails. This has never happened to me ever in my years of getting acrylic nails. With a fear of getting water in these gaps and getting an infection I decided to drive back and see what they could do to fix it. They did not do anything but file my nails down and I continued to be in pain and bleeding. This is when I decided to leave and went to another nail place who will be fixing this issue within one week.

My friend goes here and so I decided to give it a try. The people are super nice and very friendly. They treat you really well and it is affordable. The only thing is that I never saw anyone using any sterile equipment. They just pulled clippers, nail files and such just out of a drawer. Who knows how many people they've used those on. Just a fungal infection waiting to happen. Also, when I was getting my pedicure, the tech grabbed one of those callus blades. Again, not sterilized. I thought those tools were illegal to use any longer. One other thing, the spa chairs for the pedicure weren't cleaned in between use. I was in a chair and right after me sat another customer, and nope, they didn't clean the tub. I'm very pleased with the mani/pedi, just a bit concerned that they don't use sterile tools or clean the spa tubs in between use. I hate to say anything negative because the staff (all family members) are so gracious and welcoming.

I've been to some great nail salons with great techs and service but no pedicure I've had has been as thorough and therapeutic as the two I've had from Van at USA Nails. One visit was on a holiday when USA was the only salon open. With a line of customers waiting Van provided service as if each of us was the only customer in the salon. Thanks a ton Van for the great service!

Took my family here to get pedicures and as a nail tech and a cosmetologist I would have to say this place is just not acceptable. Tools weren't sterilized and they pulled everyone's in grown nails out even though it wasn't bothering them. The thing about an in grown nail everyone is bound to have it but if it's not bothering you then you don't mess with it and these people pulled every single one out and if they did right then it'd be okay but almost every single one of them got and infection from them not doin it right. Puss was growing out from the toes and the toes got red and it was hard for them to walk on. Save your money and time, this place will be the reason why you will have to visit the pediatrist.

The wife wanted a pedicure and I thought I would join her. Checked yelp and noticed all the reviews were old. We happen to drive by USA NAILS and stopped in. So glad we did! We both got a pedicure and she also got a manicure. Family owned business and they were fantastic! Extremely friendly, courteous and gentle. We will BOTH be back! Guys try it you will like it! We will recommend this place to all our friends.

My wife asked for a pedicure, sounded good so we both decided on one. Being new to the area we had no idea where to go. Checked yelp, but most of the reviews were old. Drove by USA NAILS and stopped in. OUTSTANDING! Very friendly, very relaxing exactly what we both were looking for. Even if they kidded me about getting my toenails painted! ( I didn't). Would highly recommend!

One of the worst fill-ins I’ve ever received. A boy done mine and you can see all the grooves from the tool they use that’s supposed to shape the nails and smooth them down. The clear coat he put on started coming off the next day, I’ve never had that happen and it’s also changed colors. I’ll never spend another dime in that place. Complete waste of money.

Took my family here to get pedicures and as a nail tech and a cosmetologist I would have to say this place is just not acceptable. Tools weren't sterilized and they pulled everyone's in grown nails out even though it wasn't bothering them.
