I would give it negative if I could. I used to come here when I needed nails just because it was convenient, but honestly it’s not worth the money. All of my experiences here have been bad. All of the staff is incredibly rude and makes fun of you while making it extremely obvious. Most of the staff just sits on their phone if they aren’t helping, they rush through the nails, and they're very rough. I told one of the guys (he seems the be the manager) it hurt and he told me to quit moving when I wasn’t. The nails never last long and they always chip and snap off. Great shop.  Friendly and knowledgeable staff.   Management is always attuned to my requests.  They are always upbeat and never let the chaos that ensues on certain days at certain times interfere with their customer service.  Would recommend them to everyone looking for any type of artificial nails, manicure or pedicure.  They really shine with little girls. Took my daughter to get a pedicure yesterday and they looked so pretty yesterday painted. Some of the polish came off today and I realized they didn't even cut her nails😡 That was the whole reason I took her!! Not a happy camper right now!! Read Less

Umm no. I asked for lengthy acrylic and they used my own nail length. My hands were left dirty and sticky with glue. They aren't very sanitary either the cuticle trimmer had left over skin on it and all the guy did was peel it off and tried to use it in me. I have had a very nice experience each time with this salon, as a retired nail tech / hair stylist, they are as good as most salons...I only go about once every 4-5 weeks and they alway remember me...I have some disabilities and they could not be more helpful with assistance for me...I always get shellac/ gel colors and have never had a problem with the work they do.  I have found they are quite busy and will gratefully tell you how long  it'll be before they let you sit forever...which I've done some other salons Read Less

I came into this salon on a whim, and while the gentleman was friendly, my nails were terrible!! If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have had them redone. The first nail (white tips/gel) flipped off in two days and the rest were either completely cracked or lifted by the 3rd and 4th day. Our very first visit to this salon and for the most part the team seemed friendly. We asked for our services and they began to prep us for pedicures. At this point I am assessing the area and found the place to be a bit sloppy. The manicure table doors were all open and I noticed dust over most of the stations. As we finished our pedicures I noticed we were given reused toe separator and temp slippers. We then proceeded to have our manicures done. Again for the most part all was ok.   Immediately after our manicures the techs removed our toe separators Which assured me they are all reused.   After two days my gel manicure polish chipped on two nails. I went back to the salon and my experience was even worst. First no one spoke to me as I walked in. I then asked to have my nails repaired. As I'm waiting another customer walks in  and she is greeted by two staff.  Of course I called this out and one staff member says it's sooo hard dealing with the public. My nail was repaired  after a debate over which was the right color and then other nails chipped and peeled a couple days later. For sure I believe they dilute their products,  reused products, operate in a less clean environment and have horrible customer service. I would not recommend this salon at all. Read Less

This is my go to nail salon in Tennessee!Their services are moderately priced- not cheap but not expensive. The atmosphere is  comfortable. Though they are not very busy, that is not a reason to doubt their service. They can always fit you in and do a good job. I love my girl, Oanh ("On")!! She does manicures and pedicures only. She is the best, very sweet, takes her time and does a great job. She has never hurt me and makes good suggestions if I am unsure of what to do. At Solace, they aim to please! My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for a manicure and a pedicure for $35. When balancing our checkbook I discovered they charged us $40. I asked him about it and he said I told them to include a $5 tip. When I went to redeem my certificate with a mani and pedi, I told the man working on me that my husband had already given the business a $5 tip when he paid for the certificate, so he wouldn't expect another tip.
