Deserves one star, but the salon is clean at that. Overall the job I had done on my hands was not worth the $30.00 I paid. The nail polish came off in less then 5 minutes after I left the salon. The nails were poorly shaped and I was hurt about three times with the drill. I do not recommend you spending your time and money in this place. Read Less

I am quietly writing this review as I sit here. I came in today day July 3rd and I sat patiently with a smile waiting for someone to greet me. Finally I was approached another lady (Caucasian) walked in . I communicated that I wanted a pedicure, with gel polish. The lady that came in after me was approached and asked to come to the chair for a pedicure before me. The gentleman David who did my pedicure was horrible. He was very rough with my legs in and out of the pedicu...re bowl and kept hitting my legs with his hand instead of asking me to put my foot in and out of the pedicure bowl. I asked him as he put lotion on my feet if he would massage my heel, he said he already did, when he definitely did not. He shook his head at me as if I was wrong to even ask him to incorporate that into the foot massage. I am not sure if this is how they are with new clients, or if this is the way they treat people of color; but either way it is not good customer service and not "ok". I was very happy and pleasant when I walked into the nail salon and after paying for my service, I did not recieve a thank you or anything just, "you're finished" and asked me to pay. I walked out upset, frustrated, and uncomfortable. I will never recommend anyone to come here. Very embarrassing and upsetting experience. I kept quiet as I wrote out this review I will continue to go to the nail salon in Hendersonville that I normally go to.The only reason I stopped here today was bc I was on this exit today shopping. I love Lily's Nail Spa; I've been going here for a few years now. The owner is meticulous and thorough. Everyone there is kind and helpful. They are so lovely to talk to or they are comfortable with you zoning out during the service. Lily's is the best. Read Less

I have only been here once but it was the worst ever, the man there is rude left nail polish all over my nails and put acrylic right on top, he would not clean the polish from under my nails, and when he painted them he got nail polish all over my fingers and refused to fix it, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, I will never go back Read Less
