I hate leaving a negative review, but this was a really disappointing experience. I stopped in to get a dipped manicure, and I asked when I walked in if I would be able to leave in an hour. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. This was one of the most painfully slow manicure experiences ever, very sloppy and the nail tech was extremely unfriendly. Also, they only had about a dozen colors to choose from... all of the options were super loud and random.

Great place. Staff very friendly and chatty made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Brilliant set of acrylics and art too! Would recommend to anyone wanting nails done in Torquay

Went here for the first time yesterday to get acrylics done. Such a relaxed atmosphere and my nails look amazing!! Very impressed. Would definitely recommend!

The absolute worst!!!! I just got my nails done Friday and when I get out of the shower this morning one is just about completely gone off! I asked for the dip polish which I always get regardless of where I go and I knew towards the end he didn't have a clue what he was doing! Anyone who gets this service knows the nail dryer is never used and he used the shellac top coat I knew I was doomed then! NEVER GO OVER PRICED AND INEXPERIENCED!!!

Omg best pedicure ever!! My feet feel like a babys!! Everyone in there is soo lovely !! Even tho i turnt up 5min late!! And had to run up and put money on my car to get my shellac on my hand nails!!! ...

I used to go to a different nail bar in Paignton, I stopped going as my nails were victim to abuse from the electric drill. Having not been to a nail bar since July, I was a little skeptical. I went in today before work, I'm extremely happy with how my acrylics were applied, 0 cuts from the drill file, very thoroughly done and they had my exact colour I was looking for in their Essie polish range :) I'll be visiting again!

I have been in pain for months. Coping with ibuprofen pills and Gel. My foot massage during pedicure was so therapeutic I mentioned I wished she could work on my legs... This is not a fancy place like many, but the ladies are very kind and do an amazing job. i paid much more for a shellac manicure at a lovely salon elsewhere only to have it begin to chip off a few days later. The shellac manicure I paid for at Victorias has lasted for several weeks. I will definitely be going back!

Slowest nail shop i have ever been too and they are not good at polishing toe nails. This shop is mainly for older people because they barely touch you and that makes their work look bad .

This place is horrible! They don't clean their tools between customers. My nails are always jagged and bubbly when I get a manicure from here. Not to forget- my cuticles are always hacked when they touch them. Pay the extra cash and go to a real spa.

I hate leaving a negative review, but this was a really disappointing experience. I stopped in to get a dipped manicure, and I asked when I walked in if I would be able to leave in an hour. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. This was one of the most painfully slow manicure experiences ever, very sloppy and the nail tech was extremely unfriendly. Also, they only had about a dozen colors to choose from... all of the options were super loud and random.

This is not a fancy place like many, but the ladies are very kind and do an amazing job. i paid much more for a shellac manicure at a lovely salon elsewhere only to have it begin to chip off a few days later. The shellac manicure I paid for at Victorias has lasted for several weeks. I will definitely be going back!
