Had micro blading done today, and by gosh I'm in love. My brows where a mess!! For nearly 2year been Drawing them of and eventually they just didn't grow back well. Awful experience. They weren't friendly at all. I wasn't even greeted even though they were not busy at all. The lady doing my nails acted like she didn't know what she was doing at all. I get my nails done regularly so I know the usual steps. She skipped several steps and rushed through it. Even when she simply painted my nails, it wasn't even at all. She was finishing up about an hour until they closed when two other customers walked in and they turned them away even though they had an entire hour left open. It shows that they don't care about customer service or their business at all. I will never go back. Read Less

It's been a week (7 days) since I got a gel mani and regular pedi here. $35 for gel and $30 for pedi. The toes chipped already and my gel was applied so thick it's started to peel off terribly, all of it just peeled right off (and chipped in some spots which is nearly impossible for gel). This place clearly does not have good technicians, won't be back. The people are nice just not very good technicians and for the price it's basically robbery. I have been getting gel for a while now (just moved from out of town) and never have I had such terrible work for such a high price-do not recommend. Read Less

I have never had a manicure last so long in my life as the shellac polish they use here. I am constantly washing my hands and opening things and being generally abusive to my nails. Regular polish lasts two days on my nails if I'm being careful. So it's a real relief to have a two week or longer nail color/French mani. There are endless shellac color options. The ladies and one gentleman in here are all extremely nice and accommodating. They do great work at reasonable prices. HGTV is always playing. That makes me happy. Complimentary bottles of water. Also happy. They also have a loyalty card that gives you a free service after 8 visits. Happy!!! Read Less

I received a gift certificate here. Which accidentally got put away and became expired before I found it. I'm thinking someone paid for it, so it shouldn't expire, right? Forget that here. After walking in, I barely got a hello. Asked if I could use it, and was talked about it whatever language they speak. Then was addressed in English that it's expired, but they would give me half the value if I still wanted to try and use it. I said that was not ok, then left after they would not honor their gift certificate a few months expired. Very disappointed. Poor customer service, I should have exited as soon as I entered the door when I received the dry welcome. They were not receiving; I decided to stay.....thinking I might have just over thought the welcome. The only welcoming individual was the male who was doing manicures. The beginning of the pedicure was nice. The young lady finished off w/ a leg & foot massage before apply my nail polish. Once she completed my full pedi she set directed me to the dryer area; I set there for 30 mins. I got up to leave & apply lotion to my feel. My skin was dry due to no application of lotion to my feet. As I was pull the toe separators off of my feet, my nail grazed the side of my large toe; I tried retouching it myself. The older lady asked me what I was doing & I said retouching. She asked me did I want her to fix it for me & I stated, no.I didn't want to wait an additional 30 minutes. She said I should have not touched them, sometimes nail polish takes much longer to dry. However, when I walked outside for a second, I could tell a huge difference. So, I decided to get a re-touch. I asked her to please retouch the nail polish, she replied "yes" very rudely. She was very angry that I came back. She was very short, mean, & direct. She wasn't even the original individual who gave me my pedi. I am never coming back to this place; it's way too many nail shops to deal w/ this type of service. I was displeased. I never sat so long & not have my nails dry; I guess I was the blame. Price for pedi $30. They don't have a wide selection of color, either. Read Less
