Worst experience of any nail place I've ever had! Horrible job on diamond gel set! Told the lady it was for my wedding and she did the sloppiest job I've ever seen and I get my nails done regularly. I will never go back. Going somewhere else for them to redo cuz I don't trust this place to fix anything! Horrible service and job! Don't go here if you want quality. Lady never said her name and barely spoke to me. My nails were rushed and sloppy

Lana did my moms nails and she was very happy (she wanted me to post this review lol). She was treated really well and she got a gel nail set. Looks fantastic and they made sure she was comfortable.

This place was fast, but that is all I can say. I came here with my friend, and she was overcharged even with her coupon added. Once we were drying our nails to make sure they didn't chip, we were kicked out after 5 minutes of drying when a woman said we were supposedly dry. Within a minute of leaving this place, both our nails chipped merely opening a car door and my friends nail polish completely peeled back on her thumb. Acrylic glue was left all over my fingers for me to go home and spend time peeling off before it dried out my fingers completely. First and last time here. Will not return.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at Lan's Special Nails yesterday (5/22/16). I know they are very popular in Germantown so I hate to leave a bad review, but I think people should be aware. I came in for a manicure & pedicure. When the woman was filing my nails, it hurt immediately bc she was rubbing the skin under my nails. The second time she filed I said, "Oh, that kind of hurts" in a passive way. She said, "It must have been a long time since you come in" very sarcastically. I replied, "No, I just cut my nails and they are shorter." She said, "It's not my fault you don't do it right" and laughed hysterically. I told her I'd prefer she didn't do my nails. She proceeded to walk over to a coworker and said loudly, "I don't want to do them anyway!" She kept looking over at me as if she wanted to continue the fight.At that point, I asked if I could speak with the manager privately. Apparently, there was no manager on staff but one woman said she would talk to me when I was done. The manicurist who was originally filing my nails said, "I don't want to talk to you. You're always right!" Uh, ok?At that point, I repeated what she had said and told the staff I didn't want to be insulted. I said I would leave & pay what I needed to pay. One of the employees called their boss (I assume the owner of LAN's) and he said I would have to pay for the pedicure. Fine. No apologies on his part.I will say the lady who started my pedicure was very sweet but I am done with this place.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at Lan's Special Nails yesterday (5/22/16). I know they are very popular in Germantown so I hate to leave a bad review, but I think people should be aware. I came in for a manicure & pedicure. My experience at LAN's Nails was unfortunately a HORRIBLE experience!!! TERRIBLE customer service & management!!! Staff was rude, unfriendly and unpleasant. I brought my daughter & her friend with me to celebrate her birthday & our services were rushed & treated the girls like crap! I kindly shared our experience with management hoping they would acknowledge the issue but instead, I was yelled at and dismissed. I will never go back there!!!!

This place is terrible. They are rude. Your nails will be crooked. I've been twice just to give them another chance,but no. I will not be returning. Don't waste your money people.

Very nice people, but...I've been there 5 times. The past two times, I happened to get the same manicurist. Previously, it was someone else. I would not have let her do my nails the second time, but she was the only one there. The first time she made one of my fingers bleed due to filing too "enthusiastically." The second time she made one cuticle bleed because she cut it. Both times, she actually peeled my shellac off, which I hate. I will not go back.

This place was fast, but that is all I can say. I came here with my friend, and she was overcharged even with her coupon added. Once we were drying our nails to make sure they didn't chip, we were kicked out after 5 minutes of drying when a woman said we were supposedly dry. Within a minute of leaving this place, both our nails chipped merely opening a car door and my friends nail polish completely peeled back on her thumb. Acrylic glue was left all over my fingers for me to go home and spend time peeling off before it dried out my fingers completely. First and last time here. Will not return.

This place is terrible. They are rude. Your nails will be crooked. I've been twice just to give them another chance,but no. I will not be returning. Don't waste your money people.

Very nice people, but...I've been there 5 times. The past two times, I happened to get the same manicurist. Previously, it was someone else. I would not have let her do my nails the second time, but she was the only one there. The first time she made one of my fingers bleed due to filing too "enthusiastically." The second time she made one cuticle bleed because she cut it. Both times, she actually peeled my shellac off, which I hate. I will not go back.
