A friend recommended this salon after I had a terrible experience elsewhere in town. They're busy, but I had made an appointment a couple days prior and they didn't keep me waiting at all! Also, they have refreshments which is a bonus! The salon is very clean, and I definitely appreciate that they use new tools when giving you a pedicure. I liked the pedi so much that I made an appointment on the spot to come back for a dip mani. With quality work and reasonable prices, this place totally earns my recommendation! Read Less

I LOVE this salon. Every single lady treats everyone so kindly. They work quickly but still provide exceptional service. I started coming to Taylor in December when I moved to Collierville/Germantown area. I have been to MANY nail salons and she made me feel right at home. I have met all the staff and they know me by name. It can happen unfortunately that a nail gets messed up or not done to your satisfaction but they have NEVER made me pay or given me an attitude about fixing the mistake. This place is fabulous.  I have visited quite a few salons in the Germantown area but none have been that great of an experience. Everyone here was very friendly. The staff was super friendly and flexible. I don't live nearby but it was worth the drive. The powder nail process has lasted for 4 weeks! The only bad thing I'd say was that it was pretty pricey; also, the pedicure chipped less than a week later so I wouldn't come here to get another one. Read Less

Best place in Collierville/Germantown area! I first tried the dip powder at another place and it chipped after the first week. I decided to try it again at Ann's Nails and it lasted for 4 weeks before chipping! They have great customer service and do an excellent job! We were in from out of town, hit up Go Ape Ziplines (totally awesome btw), and the kiddo broke her acrylic nail on her index finger. She was in throbbing pain too. So we found Ann's Nails on Yelp and headed over to see if they would help us. The "tree top nail breaker" was worried they wouldn't take us because we didn't have an appointment and we're from out of town. But, when we walked in they asked us what was up, we told them, and within just a few minutes they had her all fixed up. Also, no charge. Needless to say we tipped. Overall a good experience for my first visit.  I went in for a pedicure and nail fill.  I felt while both were adequate that they rushed through both when they started getting busy.  I've never had both done so quickly.  I will give them another chance but I'm not overly optimistic right now.  Why is it so hard to find a good nail salon around here. This is by far my favorite nail salon! The women are experts and my nail color has never lasted this long. They told me about SNS and since then I haven't looked back. My nails have never been this strong and healthy, and even after four weeks of grow-out, my nails look amazing. No chipping. Highly recommend this salon!! Never going anywhere else. Read Less

Wandered into this place on a Saturday afternoon.  Only one other person getting their nails done, but I thought I would give it a try. The service was excellent.  I was offered a beverage, which doesn't happen at many nail salons anymore, and was seated right away. The water was the perfect temperature.  The chair was a nice regular massage chair you find in every salon. The pedicure was 30 minutes,  but it did not feel rushed. I also got my eyebrows done while there. Although they are a bit thinner than I would like, she still good a good job. Definitely will be back. Read Less

I can only fault this place for being small, truly.  The colors are more "office complex" than "spa", but it is tidy and roomy for the 4 or 5 pedicure chairs and manicure tables that they offer. The customers we sat near seemed very comfortable and knew the staff well. They had all the regular offerings of a nail spot (shellac, pedicure, manicure), with a neighborhood feel. I will be back! I went in to get a pedicure I was told $70 so I started to put my shoes back on then she asked me what I normally pay I said $35 then she told me she can do it for $40. These people are scam artists. Now my credit card was canceled because of fraudulent activity. The lady who rang me up swiped my card 2 times once I'm guessing on a skimmer machine then again on the legit credit card machine. And I'm sure there are the reason. I only use that card for hair and nails. I would stay far away from here. I should have know better when the place had no other customers inside. Read Less
