I’m very picky about services. When I rate a service I take into account many different things. The final result, the execution of the service, the politeness of the person providing the service, the price of the service, the atmosphere. Kevin excelled at all of them. It’s a jewel tucked away in Gatlinburg. Never been happier with any other nail experiences. I’m 60 years old and have tried many places. This so far has been the best. He’s running a one man show but then you’re assured of his undivided attention, meticulous in every way.

This is such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere for a little "me" time. There is calming music playing in the background while you are getting your manicure or pedicure done. The place is immaculate and very nicely decorated. I felt like I was queen for a day with the care that Kevin took to make sure we had the best pedicure ever. There are several nail colors to choose from.

This is a first rate salon experience. Kevin is very accommodating, and takes the time to make sure you are getting the most of your time. He is very personable and treats his service as an art. One thing I consider a plus is that this salon is off the beaten tourist path just past the crafters row on Glades Road. There is parking available in front of the shop, and it's a short drive within Gatlinburg. We enjoyed a great pedicure, and they offer manicures, too.

Loved the experience!!! I caught Uber to the shop but if you can call and schedule an appointment you can catch the bus from town. The salon was beautiful and a nice relaxing environment. I really like that your not rushed, Kevin has lots of knowledge about the area so that was a bonus since I'm a visitor. Always great experience when you land in a new place and feel like your catching up with old friends. Will definitely make an appointment and come back on our next visit to the area.

The man who owns this shop is extremely humble. Since the fire, his employees have quit and he was left to run the business himself. He even went to a 600 hour class to learn how to do nails. However, my french pedicure took 2 and a half hours and looked pretty bad afterwards. He had no experience doing it; he is apparently only good with solid colors. Ladies, do not go here unless you want a very good foot massage because you can find better places around! I was disappointed because the owner is an amazing person.

This is a first rate salon experience. Kevin is very accommodating, and takes the time to make sure you are getting the most of your time. He is very personable and treats his service as an art. Loved the experience!!! I caught Uber to the shop but if you can call and schedule an appointment you can catch the bus from town. The salon was beautiful and a nice relaxing environment. I really like that your not rushed, Kevin has lots of knowledge about the area so that was a bonus since I'm a visitor. Always great experience when you land in a new place and feel like your catching up with old friends. Will definitely make an appointment and come back on our next visit to the area.

The man who owns this shop is extremely humble. Since the fire, his employees have quit and he was left to run the business himself. He even went to a 600 hour class to learn how to do nails.
