I walked into their shop around 1:30 and all employees were with customers, good. Walked over to pick out a nail color for my pedicure, walked back to the check-in stand, no place to write a name so...
I walked into their shop around 1:30 and all employees were with customers, good. Walked over to pick out a nail color for my pedicure, walked back to the check-in stand, no place to write a name so I sit. A woman walks up, doesn't acknowledge me so I speak up and ask if I should sign in. She looks at me and walks away. Okay. 10 mins go by and I hear them talking amongst themselves on what to order for lunch and the woman is taking everyone's order. She walks up to the front, asks what I'd like done and says it would be about a 20min wait and "are you sure you want to wait?" Yes, please. I sit down, she looks over some papers, checks someone out (with a credit card) they sign and leave. She looks at me and says "we are only accepting cash and check today, our credit card machine isn't working."
I appreciate honesty over anything and a simple, we are taking lunch break right now but I can get you first thing if you come back in 30mins, would have been appreciated.

I stopped in here to get a plain manicure and asked to have my nails buffed. So very simple, easy manicure. $18 later and my nails weren’t buffed and she spent all of one minutes giving me a massage with a warm towel. The facility was clean and got me in within 20 minutes. But they lost the opportunity to earn a return client.

Great pedicure. I had foot surgery a year and a half ago. This is the first pedicure I’ve had with no pain. She was gentle with my foot. Great experience. Definitely coming back.

Daisy was my nail tech. She did an amazing job. Took her time and paid attention to detail. A lot better than other shops I’ve been to.

I went in to get my brows waxed and it was the worst experience. They look terrible. I thought I was clear that I didn't want too much taken off, but obviously not because she stripped half my damn brow off. At That point there's nothing to do but say thanks and leave.
I've honestly been crying all day. They look so bad. It took me years to love my thick brows and she stripped that away and now I'm back to hating them again, and after how hard I've worked to love that particular part of my self, it's a really awful feel.
If you need to get your eyebrows done, go anywhere but here.

I was in tonight to get the nail dip. The young man did not do it right and tried to fix but my nails are bumpy and not smooth, my cuticle are cut from the manicure on 4 fingers. Was not impressed for first visit will call to see if they will fix the issue and if they do will give them one more try. Cost to much to not be right. Will follow up on results on if they fix the issue. Follow up: Went back on Friday they did my nails again and they are perfect!!! Will be a continued costumer. Thank you!

This was my second time here. I don't recall my first experience because it was over a year ago. However, my experience yesterday I do recall. I had a pedicure first. The gentleman, Huey (?), was a pleasure and did a great job on my basic pedi. I was then shuffled to a lady, that I will not name, that did a real bang up job on my dip manicure... I will let the picture speak for itself. This is my first negative YELP review but I feel as if it's my duty to bring attention to how horrible they look. I paid, tipped and left thinking "What in the actual f#$%". Ill never go back.

This was my second time getting a pedicure at Serenity Nails Spa. The first time was wonderful. Today, was a different story. I made an appointment and once I got back to the chair the lady informed me they were short staffed. When she started to cut my nails there was already a piece of toe nail in the clippers. She tried to pull it away really quickly before I could see. It was disgusting. I informed them at the front desk of the issue and the man was very apologetic and informed me they sanitize everything-but maybe that is just when they have the time. Each step in the pedicure I got was very rushed. Very disappointing.

I've never wrote a review in my life, but I absolutely do not care for this place. 10/10 don't recommend. First of all, when I got there I had to wait for awhile to get my nails done. I looked on the ground and there is dust and acrylics just laying under my feet, DIRTY. the girl who did my nails did not talk to me, and would stop to dial a number every 5-10 minutes and sat there and talked on the phone almost the whole time. She also cut my cuticle! I had a very unpleasant time and I don't think I want to go back. The only good thing is my acrylics look good..so far. I don't know how anyone says this place is clean.

My sister and I went to this salon for manicures. Days after the manicure my sisters finger nails turned brown. I went back and asked the manager why this happened and she told me my sister must have stained something with her hands or got them dirty cooking (she won't even touch dirt left alone either of those).
I'm really disappointed with how the manager didn't handle a resolution (sister lives out of state and can't come back). This was my go- to nail salon but not anymore.

Every time I come to get my nails done they do an amazing job! I have super short nails, and typically a gel manicure can turn into a mess, but they do a perfect job every single time! I've started bringing my mother as well and she could not be happier with her nails! The service is wonderful, and everybody is always so great to talk to!!

I love these people! I had the BEST pedicure today. My heels were embarrassing. Phomma (Kim) really took her time and made them smooth. It usually takes back to back pedicures when they are this bad. Emmi does my nails. I have an allergy to the bonding agent. If it touches my skin in a day it's like my fingers were cut under the nail edge with a razor. She is careful and goes the extra mile. I highly recommend them!

I am VERY picky about my nails... Yes, I will have them redone if I see a mistake or blemish or ask to have that small piece of cuticle cut off that may have been missed... I was SO happy with the service and final product! I went in on my lunch break (only had 1 hour to spare) for a gel manicure. Pheoma did a fabulous job with 10 minutes to spare! This was two weeks ago and I am just now needing to have them redone-- I will be going back in tomorrow!

I have been here twice. Once for a gel manicure and another time for a pedicure. The gel manicure was sloppy and lopsided. It looked horrible and I was charged more than I usually do. My pedicure experience was the same. I asked for my nails to be shorted but I ended up having to give myself another pedicure as soon as I arrived home. Save your money and either go somewhere else or do it yourself.

I walked into their shop around 1:30 and all employees were with customers, good. Walked over to pick out a nail color for my pedicure, walked back to the check-in stand, no place to write a name so I sit. I went in to get my brows waxed and it was the worst experience. They look terrible. I thought I was clear that I didn't want too much taken off, but obviously not because she stripped half my damn brow off. At That point there's nothing to do but say thanks and leave.
I've honestly been crying all day. They look so bad. It took me years to love my thick brows and she stripped that away and now I'm back to hating them again, and after how hard I've worked to love that particular part of my self, it's a really awful feel.
If you need to get your eyebrows done, go anywhere but here.

This was my second time here. I don't recall my first experience because it was over a year ago. However, my experience yesterday I do recall. I had a pedicure first. The gentleman, Huey (?), was a pleasure and did a great job on my basic pedi. I was then shuffled to a lady, that I will not name, that did a real bang up job on my dip manicure... This was my second time getting a pedicure at Serenity Nails Spa. The first time was wonderful. Today, was a different story. I made an appointment and once I got back to the chair the lady informed me they were short staffed. When she started to cut my nails there was already a piece of toe nail in the clippers. She tried to pull it away really quickly before I could see. It was disgusting. I've never wrote a review in my life, but I absolutely do not care for this place. 10/10 don't recommend. First of all, when I got there I had to wait for awhile to get my nails done. I looked on the ground and there is dust and acrylics just laying under my feet, DIRTY. the girl who did my nails did not talk to me, and would stop to dial a number every 5-10 minutes and sat there and talked on the phone almost the whole time. She also cut my cuticle! I had a very unpleasant time and I don't think I want to go back. The only good thing is my acrylics look good..so far. I don't know how anyone says this place is clean.

I love these people! I had the BEST pedicure today. My heels were embarrassing. Phomma (Kim) really took her time and made them smooth. It usually takes back to back pedicures when they are this bad.
