I went a couple weeks ago. They have a decent color selection. However, there was only 3 workers. They were running around trying to get everyone they could. I understand you want to get everyone you can. Every customer should be treated with attention and respect. I went to get a set of acrylics. They were very uneven one nail was very thick and bumpy. My nails were stinging and heavy due to too much acrylic powder. I like mine thin and she didn’t listen. i wanted light pink and she kept telling me to get blue! My aunt got Dip and we kept looking at each other because they weren’t doing what other places do. The salon smelled like grease and food. I would recommend another salon. They have great massage chairs and friendly staff. HOWEVER, they used the bottom of the bottle for the clear top coat on my toes so they are streaky. When I asked them to correct it, she used MORE streaky bottom of the bottle clear coat so they are not shiny, but rather cloudy looking. I got gel nails and they are so thick they appear to be acrylic and very uneven. One nail has weird bubbles. One nail doesn't have polish all the way to the cuticle (looks like it's already grown out). The sides are very think and my nails appear to grow wider as they reach the end. Worst service I've had in Nashville-- Had to wait 30 min to get my nails done when there were only 3 other ladies in the salon. Received the SNS nails, only to have the lady keep chipping and re-doing the powder. My final product is an extremely thick dip powder with scratches and chips all in my nails... very messy along edges of my nails. For the money it cost to receive SNS nails, I'm very disappointed. The male that works here as well as the woman that tends the 1st station on the right, do a WONDERFUL job on nails. The woman that tends the 1st station of the left does a horrible job. I’ve gone to her twice and both times my pink and white gel nails were awful and uneven. I had to come home a file my nails down to make them even. Read Less

Worst manicure. I had a gel manicure that started chipping and falling off the next day (not to mention it looked terrible too). I called and they said they wouldn't refund but they would redo it. I came back two weeks later and they wouldn't cut my cutilcles, shape or even file my nails, they would only re paint them. The gel nail polish fell off again this time only 4 hours later... Terrible nails salon don't waste your money She rushed sanding my nails to the point that it literally hurt she  as being so rough !!!  my acrylic nails are all different lengths and shapes .. she loaded on the coats on polish and sent me on my way with in 5 mins of being polished .. the polish was so thick and globbed on literally came right off  in my car ... I'm so disappointed considering I got my nails done because I just got engaged and plan on seeing friends and family and an upcoming party and showing them off ..... so now I'll have to re file and paint them myself at home to somewhat fix this !!! The service was crap and customer service was worst. I got a pedicure and french tip manicure it was simply awful my tips were crooked and they could not get it right. They were nice and polite, and the place looked clean. But the acrillic was bad and not even. Three of my nails looked like it was done last week instead of today. When my nails were filed some of them were crooked. And when my nails were painted it had gotten on my skin around the nails and was not taken off. Most my nails had spots missing on the sides and by the cuticle when my nails were painted. I also have clear polish all over my fingers that I am peeling off :/ Read Less

Mani and PediPretty inside. They offered me a drink when I sat.The massage and callus removal were weak and ineffective. I tend to skip the massage now because of all the heavy artificial lotions and oils clogging my pores.Cut was too close which caused a bit of pain for a week after. The paint was clean and smooth.
