OWNER GIGI VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was a longtime and loyal customer who gives everyone a chance. Gigi, the owner, was the one who did my nails my first visit. It took FOUR hours and she kept getting up to assist other customers. I returned for a second time, and I was there for THREE hours, but I said okay maybe I should an appointment. Since then I made appointments every two weeks $80+(not to mention tips). My nails have been breaking in less than a week more frequently recently the last few times, and I returned once again to get them fixed. I wasn’t not greeted, the owner Gigi told me it’ll be 30 minutes, they’re short staffed and did not try to accommodate me for my inconvenience for another week. I left and called back later that evening to express my concerns. She went on to yell and interrupt me saying “you should understand we’re short staffed, Kaci stays late with you, I would turn you down, I have difficult clients who won’t let me leave the table, I have the right refuse you service here!” I then requested for my nail to be fixed and money back for this one service. I was then told “why would I do that, do you think I should do that, I’m going to end your services with us!” And she proceeds to hang up the phone on me! I did not once raise my voice or call her out of her name throughout the entire conversation. I had the opportunity to address her in person, but tried to give her the courtesy of calling at a less busy time. I have never complained before either. I keep coming back here after 12 years because I get the best pedicure in Franklin. It's always clean, the technicians are nice and there are enough chairs and techs that there usually is not a bad wait. I used to be a regular customer of P'zazz Nails and was extremely happy with the service. The owner along with all the girls working there did an awesome job. The business was sold to new owners about a year ago, I have been there about four times and not going back. Today was my last visit, I went it to have powder color change, they soak my nails and waited 50 minutes for what is regularly no more than 15 minutes, customers went in and out and I was still waiting to be helped. Absolutely awful customer service. While choosing my color a bottle fell and broke. I was really embarrased and apologized several times. They charged me for the bottle of polish. I was shocked and couldn't believe it. I am 54 yrs old. I was not goofing around. I did not have young kids with me unattended. I was with my 79 yr old mother who was also getting a manicure. I want to like this place. They were all super nice, they all spoke english and could carry on conversations, and the work they did was superb. If I lived here, I would go here all the time. Here's why I'm disgruntled: I showed up tonight as a walk-in. How walk-ins work: if the business has the time and staff for one, take it, if they don't, tell the person that they are booked for the night so the person can go somewhere else. I showed up tonight, and they told me they could take me as a walk in. I didn't have too long of a wait before they started soaking off my old gel. I sat with foils and acetone on my nails for 20-30 minutes before a girl started working on my nails. She was incredibly nice, but 5 minutes into her work, her manager comes over and tells her she's going to have to stop working on me to work on a party of 3 that just came in with appointments. IF YOU DID NOT HAVE THE STAFF TO HANDLE A WALK-IN, ESPECIALLY IF YOU KNEW A PARTY OF 3 WAS COMING IN, THEN DON'T TAKE THE WALK-IN! I sat there for over 40 minutes waiting for another girl to get to my nails. I almost, almost walked out with my old gel half scraped off, but I'm traveling through and I would have had to go through great lengths to get my nails presentable for a professional event tomorrow. A poor girl sitting next to me had an appointment at 6 and nobody started working on her until well after some one finally got to me. I didn't leave until 7:30, well after the store had closed. I have never, never, had someone start on my nails to be pulled off my nails because a more important person has showed up. That is not good business etiquette. The nail lady, Lisa that works here booked an appointment for me for today at 2pm. When I arrived she wasn't there!! The receptionist sent Lisa a text and told her to call me. SHE DID NOT. I'm leaving the country tomorrow. I've called her seven times she won't return my calls. I even drove to the salon because Lisa's voice mail states her hours are until 7pm on Friday's. I had a large Bridal Party come in and get their nails done for my wedding at Pzazz and I will say they were amazing working in 12 girls and doing manicures and pedicures for most of them. I absolutely love this nail salon! They always work with my schedule, and even fit me in when I stop in last minute. Gigi turned me on to the S & S powder after I stubbornly tried to stay with acrylic, and now I am obsessed! One thing I also love about this shop as opposed to others I have been to is that everybody, employees and customers seem to feel comfortable and having fun. I have been to this establishment twice. I visited the first time after reading the reviews on here and nthe fact that they had so many SNS colors. Both times they tell me there is no wait and then sit me in a pedicure chair soaking forever.  Each time I watched people come in after me and leave before me. I understand if there is a wait if I don't have an appt but please don't say there isn't and then put me in a position where I can't leave. I was there for over 2 hrs each time. Much too long! The first time I got a mani/pedi with SNS. The powder looked great and lasted weeks. I was impressed and thought it was worth the time seeing as I didn't have to revisit for weeks. The second time I just wanted my powder taken off and redone and my toes painted. No manicure or pedicure. Again..it took over two hours. Gigi recommended I file my nails a different shape which I agreed to. She failed to mention that filing my nails a Different shape would cost me $5 more!! What?!?! That's ridiculous!! Don't recommend something and not tell me it cost more money until after you have finished. Give me the option. When I went to check out it cost me $85 before tip for a paint of the toe nails (not a pedicure) and to take my powder off and re-do (no manicure). She informed me at check out the change of the shape of nail is $5 by yelling it across the salon. Absolutely absurd. This time my powder is chipped after one week and my toes have all started to chip as well. So I basically paid $100 for something I will have to have completely redone. However...I won't be going back to this establishment. The $5 add on at the end is what completely put me over the edge. Sometimes being greedy costs more in the long run! Read Less

First off... I love my nails. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I went I asking for an acrylic mani. They suggested I do an S&S which I had no idea what that was. But I tried it out. They looked fabulous. Trish was very professional and polite. The manager/owner GIgi was awesome!! They accommodated all my needs and much more. I left feeling like a new woman. My underage child went to the salon for an appointment with someone who is no longer there and they told her the nail tech was on her way and started her manicure. And charged her full price. Really great nail place! I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get a pedi on a Friday morning before leaving. I arrived just after they opened and they already had a line! when we walked in the lady said there was a wait time of just a few minutes, of course that was fine -- 30 mins later we still had not been called back. When we finally got called back 45 minutes later, my feet soaked in the tub for another 30 minutes and it was probably 40/45 minutes before I was helped. a lady who walked in 20 minutes after we got there was helped before I was. when they finally got to me, they did a good job, although the lady was very unfriendly. and when it came time to pay...my total was $30!!! for a pedicure that I had to wait 2 hours to get. normally I wouldn't mind waiting, but they said the wait was a "few" minutes. I was visiting town and had some down time so I went for a mani/ pedi. I called to ensure they took walk ins as I am not familiar with the area. The gal on the phone was rude and informed me walk ins were fine but the closed in an hour and a half. I went anyway and had a good experience. My gel nails lasted a month; I am hard on nail polish too. The staff was friendly and took their time. The price was good, I have paid more at other places and my nails not look as awesome or last as long. I also noticed that a lot of the people had been there before, always a good sign. Mani and PediI've tried a few in the area and thus far the only one that does great on callus removal. I had one person for pedi and another for manicure.The pedicure was good. The cut was a little short which I had to adjust constantly to ensure I didn't get an ingrown nail on my big toe. The paint was great. The manicurist was a joke. The paint was all over the edge, and bumpy. Had her redo but it was still bumpy. And they weren't quite as caring to my 13 year old.
