I searched for years for a place that felt comfortable and welcoming and actually cared how my nails not only looked, but if they were healthy. This is it! This was my first time at this nail salon and will also be my last. The nail technician, that I'm sure was still being trained, was unable to properly file/shape my nails to the point that I had to stop him and do it myself. He also cut me a couple of times trimming my cuticles, resulting in my thumb bleeding for the rest of the appointment. When we discussed issues with manager, his response was "accidents happen". I'm sure this place is good bc I was referred to it and it has raving reviews, but I had the WORST experience with the man who did my nails, and for that reason, I'll never be back. Please avoid the man with the bleached faux hawk type hair style. He didn't remove all of my gel polish, which was partially probably bc he did a poor job wrapping my nails in foil. I asked if he could re-soak my nails in acetone, and begrudgingly he did. I came in so they could remove my gel and do a manicure, so removing all of the old nail polish is to be expected. I feel like this wasn't too much to ask. It was so bad that you could still see the old nail polish! Then, he didn't shape my nails and left them jagged and rough at the edges and barely buffed. It was so bad that when he got up to get something, I ended up buffing them myself so my nails could be smooth. I'm not even a finicky person when it comes to my nails, but this guy struggled with the basics. It was such an unfortunate experience. I would've loved to make this my go-to place since it's so close to work and bc the other employees were so friendly, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'll never be back. Read Less

Fantastic work on my pink and white fill, wonderful massage chairs with the pedicure and they gave my daughter the most adorable design on her toes! Everyone is super friendly and they give discounts for repeat visits.  We moved from first time visitors to regulars today. ;) Read Less

was in town for a wedding and needed my nails done; they were very accommodating: i was taken 15 minutes before it was supposed to close - Sandy (I think that was her name) was my technician and she took the effort and time to give me both a mani and pedi, without rushing; Lena, stayed around to keep the salon open, just for me. Both of them were friendly and helped me to still feel pampered (and not guilty at all for keeping them overtime). In a nutshell; I got back in my car and immediately drove to a different salon to get my nails fixed after my visit here. ...After visiting several other nail places in Franklin, and looking through countless reviews, I was relieved to find a location that didn't have a single negative review. Post experience I find this rather...shocking. The experience was truly unpleasant, I felt like a complete nuisance to the woman doing my nails, she seemed more interested in the television and her surroundings than my nails. I had acrylics filled in and the gel was close to a centimeter thick, way outside of my natural nail shape, and when I asked her to file it down more she started from the bottom of the nail, thereby completely ruining the length of the nail I had been growing out in order to switch back to natural nails and polish. My experience was  less than ideal not only because of the language barrier, but her general attitude towards me as a paying client was repulsive. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Read Less

I really had a good experience here, and as a added bonus it's really close to my house. The guy I had gave a great pedicure, one of the best I've had in a while. Gave a great foot massage and was very nice. I can't remember his name but he is from Burma and doesn't understand his coworkers when they are all talking in Vietnamese! They were nice enough to accommodate me as a walk in 30 minutes prior to closing and stayed a few minutes late for me.
