As far as I know you're always supposed to use clean tools. These people do not, they use the same ones that they used on other people without cleaning them, they use the same nail files, and they use the dremel type tool to get off ALL the gel, not just the first layer. I usually go to Pazzaz Nail Salon in Franklin and I absolutely love it! This place on the other hand was beyond horrible. My friend and I decided to try it out because we were already in the area and not a lot of places are open on Sundays..BIG MISTAKE we thought we were going to be able to relax and recoup from the week BUT NO. The two hours we were there we felt like an inconvenience. They kept making fun of my friend because she prefers short nails and didn't want to add to the length. Then anytime I asked for something particular I was ignored from the pedicure all the way to the mani. I get S&S and I love it because it doesn't harm my natural nails and the use of a drill is minimal. I knew from the start that she was under educated and needed direction. I have never had someone file my natural nails and shape them before the S&S or acrylic. I asked her to do it at the end and that's what set her off. She wasn't gental; and her and the rest of the staff made snide remarks the whole time behind our back. Im not one to try to find something wrong with everything. BUT this was unprofessional and stressed me out more than anything. Read Less

I was in there yesterday, Saturday July 1st, and had the lemon drop pedicure. It was one of the worst pedicures I've had. He didn't even trim my cuticles. The polish job is very poor, not even covering my entire toenail. I live in Knoxville so I've never been here before but definitely wouldn't go back. I am new to getting pedicures so at another store I decided to get one.  I left with a sore foot from where the employee cut the sole of my foot.  I tried the same salon again another time and the employee cut my cuticle on one of my fingers.  I decided it was time to try another salon and hope for the best.  At Bellagio I walked out pain free.  No cuts or scrapes to my feet nor my hands.  I was very happy with my painted toes and fingernails, too!  I will be back. The pedicure was fine, no complaints. A little more $ than where I normally go, but this was more convenient today. But then it took them 15 minutes to try and run my card. The charge was showing in my account but they were having connection problems and wanted to keep running it. Not okay - and none of them spoke English. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to visit this nail salon. The prices are on par with fellow salons, but what stands out to me most is the service, friendliness and professionalism of the staff, and the quality of the service. My nails are painted almost perfectly when I visit. I abhor visiting a nail salon, paying all that money and the paint job is sloppy. But when I go to Bellagio, the paint job is beautiful and lasts a very long time. I highly recommend going an hour before closing, because it is usually not busy. I've seen this nail salon several times when shopping at nearby stores, but had never been in until today.  I was able to get right in for a pedicure.The gentleman who did my pedicure was very attentive and friendly.  His work was precise and the foot massage is the best I've had since moving to Franklin, TN 3 years ago.  I'll return in the next few weeks.  If my opinion drastically changes I will post again. I always come here with my grandma who has dementia. They always treat her with dignity and respect. They give her the same level of professional service with quality work that they give me without trying to get her to talk to them. Which she appreciates. Love this place and the employees. Read Less
