OMG BEWARE- they do not SANITIZE their instruments from what I have seen- they pull out a tray of dirty tools they are CUTTING/TRIMMING YOUR cuticles/nails with... they may plop a dab of rubbing alcohol on it and dry it before use but studies have shown items take at least 10 minutes in alcohol to sanitize - That being said WHAT DISEASES  can be spread thru possible OPEN CUTS??? WAY TOO MANY- 4EVER NAILS PLEASE PLEASE SANITIZE those tools- that's just pure laziness AND AT THE RISK OF EVERY CUSTOMER that comes in there! My first time there - the nails lasted 2 weeks- 2nd trip 5 days- 3rd trip 4 days.... getting SLOPPY! BUT THE MAIN THING QUESTION that should be on customers minds BEFORE THEY TOUCH YOU .... IS IT SANITARY TO SHARE ITEMS THAT COME IN CONTACT WITH SKIN WITH NUMEROUS PEOPLE??? NO IT IS NOT!!! WIPE DOWN THE COUNTER TOPS BETWEEN CLIENTS.... call me a germaphobe if ya want - BUT... I am RIGHT since this is a place of business where many many customers share spaces constantly! This is a great nail shop close to the heart of Franklin!  Some shops in Franklin and Spring Hill get busy and you can pick up on a negative tone of being rushed and grumpy employees, but even though 4Ever Nails was very busy when I went it still had a peaceful, calm atmosphere with kind and courteous people!  It can be difficult to find shops that will do pink and white powder (or who do it well) but Van has years of experience and my nails have never looked so good!  She listened to how I like them done and actually knew what I was talking about when I said "Square-Oval" and "only a little white" so my nails came out shaped beautifully and looking more natural!  This shop is even good enough to bring my Mom, and I plan on stopping by with her for a pedicure the next time she is in town.  They were so busy that I plan on calling for an appointment next time, you should too! I absolutely love this place! I've been a customer for around 9 months and I haven't touched mascara since I started. I have super fine blonde eyelashes and I get the the "celebrity" extensions. They make me feel so pretty and cut my getting ready time in half. I haven't had any damage to my lashes either! Erika does an amazing job! Everything is super clean and professional. It's also a very relaxing experience with comfy chairs and good music. They do have different levels for customers on different budgets. However, unlike other salons, etc., all the girls provide the exact same top-notch quality. The only difference is how much time each level takes. Sadly, I had high hopes for this place. My friend gets hers done and they are awesome! However, I had a pretty bad reaction to the lashes and literally one week later tried to call to get in. They wld not get me in after work and cld only get me in another week later. My eyes had swollen shut and they burned like someone poured lighter fluid in them. I ended up paying another salon to get them off. I emailed them and let them know becuz I spent $136 with the lashes, the shampoo and glaze. No one even contacted me back at all. Very disappointed. Will not be back. When I got my nails done, the owner was talking really loudly to her friend on the phone who was on speaker phone the whole time WHILE she was doing my nails. I guess some people might not find that irritating, but if I'm paying to for a gel manicure, chances are I don't want to hear you talking to your friend the whole entire time...Secondly, getting your eyebrows waxed here is weird. Normally other places bring you to a room in the back away from people. This place brings a waxing kit which isn't small over to you and proceeds to do your eyebrows while you're still in the chair getting your nails done where everyone can see. We went in for 3 pedicures. They said sure, put us in chairs and didn't talk to us again for 30 mins. All 3 pedicures were very rough and they spent very little time on our feet at all. the manicurist cut my daughter's nails way too short. My own mani was kind of painful she was quite rough turning and twisting my fingers. We were going to get mani/pedi but after the manicure began I immediately changed my mind. the gel polish had gaps between the cuticle and the polish when it was complete.
