Literally the worst experience ever! I paid $200 for my hair to look like I box dyed it at home. Bleed marks throughout my whole head, and it was bright orange. I did not trust the salon to fix such a hack job. Would not recommend getting color done here EVER. Read Less

My daughter and my niece did not have a good experience the first time they tried this place out. Then they tried to over charge for the facials they got. It was very unorganized. It was a complete mess. Since, they had gift cards we decided we would give it one more chance. My daughter got the sns dip nails and they did not even last 48 hours before they started coming off. She has one nail left and it hasn’t even been a week since she had them done. Now they refuse to redo them. This place is very unprofessional and we will NEVER be back! Save your money. I found Go Glamorous on Google and was luckily paired up with Jocelyn, who has since saved my hair. Her skills alone were enough to keep me as a customer, but the place itself is wonderful. I've had two visits now to Go Glamorous and I am in love!Go glamorous is a full service salon located next to the Publix in Turkey Creek. When you walk in you are immediately offered their mimosa of the month. Last month was cranberry and this month was grapefruit and were both great! I have had an up do done with makeup as well as a cut now and have been happy with both services. Bree did my up do, Claire did my makeup and Noel provided my cut.  When i had the up do done they did it before my makeup. I have very thin, fine hair and by the time my makeup was done my hair had fallen quite a bit. Without me even asking Noel came and offered to redo and respray my hair for me and it lasted the rest of the night! My recent cut was a big deal for me because i havent cut my hair in a long time and i cut off quite a bit. i was very nervous but Noel was so great. She walked thru the cut with me before, checked in with me every step to make sure i was happy with the progress and showed me how to style it. She patiently answered all of my questions because lets be honest, i dont female very well :). Afterwards i booked a follow up appointment (something i NEVER do) for a color and cut. I cant wait! Overall Go Glamorous will really make you feel special and their prices are incredibly inexpensive. Especially when you consider all of the products they use are organic and contain essential oils (my hair smelled incredible forever!). You will not regret making an appointment here. Read Less

HORRIBLE customer service, I will NOT be back. I paid 160 dollars to have my hair done for it to turn out like something I did at home, so then I come in the next day to have it fixed and it was fixed which is fine. However, the service from the receptionist talking to me in a rude manner was unacceptable, the stylist was fine and was not rude to me so I treated her nicely too. When I asked for a portion of a refund the receptionist tried telling me they cannot do this which ...is fine but I asked to speak with the owner and was then told only she could talk with her since she wasn't there and if I'm not mistaking, since I work retail, If you have an upset customer you ALWAYS let them speak with the owner no matter what. The whole problem is the fact that I could not speak with the owner about something and was rudely spoke to, along with the fact that I had to drive two hours in total to have my hair fixed on top of paying 160 for something that should have been done right the first time. I had an appointment with Jocelyn today to get a blonde balayage, and could not be happier. I do not go to the salon often, and didn't have the easiest hair to deal with (super damaged from years of box color and heat styling). She spent hours, going above and beyond, to make my hair exactly what I wanted. The prices were incredible for all that she did, and every staff member there was sweet and accommodating. I LOVE going there! Noel is the best hair colorist in the area, I got gorgeous results and loved my cut too! And you are treated like a queen, like going to a spa. And my daughters all go there now. HORRIBLE customer service! I started going when Meaghan (who was AMAZING) was my stylist- and after she left I was referred to Noel (which was a fiasco in itself). Despite VERY specific notes about what needs to be done to get me hair right (My hair processes color funky) and despite a conversation pre-doing my hair, I left the salon with hair that I wasn't happy with. So they made me an appointment to go back three days later --they have a rule that if you come back within 3 days to fix something it's free and the 3rd day was the earliest they could get me back in. So when I went back Noel wanted to argue with me about my hair, told me she didn't have time to fix my whole head (despite me already paying for my whole head). I was trying to be understanding and nice so I said I could come back later or the following week. She then informed me that if I had to come back she would have to charge me AGAIN! And then she said she was booked up and couldn't get me in anytime soon. Not my fault and shouldn't be my problem! She then proceeded to go back to the back room and while she was mixing my color, she was complaining about me to whomever was in the room with her. She then rushed through my hair, still didn't do the foiling or let it process correctly and I had to go somewhere else, pay someone else and have everything fixed. Came here twice for updos. Echo worked her magic and made me look glamorous. Go Glamorous! She also did my makeup and I got lots of compliments during both my events. I even tried to sleep upright so that I could go to church the next day with my lovely updo. I wiped off the makeup, of course. Sleeping with makeup is a huge no-no. I also came here my first time for eyebrow waxing and a mani-pedi. I just wanted to go to one shop that takes care of all my beauty needs, especially right before a big event.Would come back for updos. I highly recommend Echo. I will also come back sometimes to give their blowouts a try. They do give you coupons at your first visit. One last thing. I totally adore the ambiance. I heard this place was owned by a Lebanese woman and decided to book an appointment with her to try her out, when I called I found out she is just the owner and doesn't do hair. Echo put me in for an appointment with her, and I was greeted by her when I showed up. Very sweet girl, I only needed a trim done and a blow out. This is the snag I ran into, I wanted my hair to be blown out and put in rollers for volume and waves...echo tells me "we don't do that here." I thought this was a blow dry bar? I had a great experience here. I really love the style I got from Echo and she was super sweet! She knew just what I meant by the style I asked for! I should note I have no experience with hair cuts or hair color or those types of services here; I only go here for a blowout. They do offer those services if you're interested, and I think manicures too. The space is colorful, clean and comfortable. I am taking off one star for the establishment only accepting gratuities in cash and check. You can't add it to your card and you don't know that until you pay, which can make for an awkward and it's not fair to the stylist. I had a bad experience with another top rated salon in Farragut and had my fingers crossed that Goglamorous could fix it for me. The result was better than I had imagined. The blonde highlights were no longer a brassy red, but a beautiful gold and platinum - I'd recommend GoGlamorous for color to anyone.
