If you want an expensive nail salon that does terrible nails Mi Mi Nails is what you want. I went in wanting a dip powder done to my nails. While there my nail technician missed part of my thumb with the dip and tried to correct it by filing off the part of my nail they missed. At this point I already knew that I was going I walk out not liking my nails because the powder they put on looked specked like a robin egg candy from Easter. They also had to add a tip to my other thumb because I had broken my nail. Once finished with that thumb they looked at it and said “oh that doesn’t look good.” Then proceeded to file a little more than said “oh I guess that looks better.” Finally once leaving the store in complete disgust in how my nails looked I noticed that part of my pointer finger was missing any of the dip. I urge you not to go to Mi Mi Nails.

We made an appointment for 3 mani/pedi's as new customers. The experience was not good. The results were even worse. Prices posted are NOT what they charge "everyone who comes here knows prices" (per manger). Listed prices would have made each mani(powder)/pedi $61 - they tried to charge $90. We were not told the price changes during any of our questions prior, we found out at checkout. We mentioned when we arrived that it was our first time there & this was acknowledged by showing us where to pick colors from & different types; they absolutely knew we were new customers.
The work was sub par at best. Cuticles not cleaned up or even touched. Polish didnt cover entire nail on half of our fingers. Mine is chipping off 4 days later.
One in our group was bleeding on 3 toes & nails looked as if a child had painted them.
One had polish that was streaked and see-through.
When I inquired during the manicure about powder not covering entire nail, they became agitated & started speaking amongst themselves in a tone that was quite obviously annoyed; we felt very awkward.
At check out, I refused to pay $90 per person for reasons listed above. There was a 20 minute debate & it was uncomfortable, unpleasant & unprofessional.
I do not recommend this business at all.

Loved my powder dip manicure it stayed on without chipping. And my pedicure was very nice and relaxing. Will be coming here and seeing Michelle again for sure! Highly recommend.

I've been going to MiMi nails for a few years for pedicures, and have had very good overall service there. That being said, I went in for an acrylic set and manicure and had the worst service ever! It was an older man that did my nails, he was rude, falling asleep during the procedure, and tried to skip steps (like taking care of the cuticles...). The acrylic was globby and uneven, the nails were cut different lengths, and the gel polish was not done well. If you do go there, avoid the older thin man, he's terrible at his job! If I ever do go back, I won't be sitting at his table again.

I found this place on Yelp and tried them. The lady that did my nails was very good and really took her time to do a great job. After she was finished she came around and gave me a neck and shoulder massage. That was outstanding! I don't live here, but if I did this would be my go to salon. I walked in and didn't have to wait.

Paid $45.00 to get something that looked like a four year old could do. They were so messed up. I had the man that works there do them. At the end when he realized how messed up they were he tried to use his drill and sand over the excess polish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

I love getting my nails done by Michele at MiMi’s spa at the Kroger shopping center in Dickson, TN!!! If you haven’t tried the dip polish you must with your next manicure!!! My nails are healthier than they have ever been and the dip stays on much longer!!!! They offer a HUGE variety of colors!!! Ask for Michele, she is the best!!! Outstanding 5 star!!!! 💅🏼🥇

I can't rate them highly enough! I was in desperate need of pampering after flying into town with three dogs, and Mi Mi's delivered. I know I'm not spelling her name correctly, but Ti gave me a wonder...
I can't rate them highly enough! I was in desperate need of pampering after flying into town with three dogs, and Mi Mi's delivered. I know I'm not spelling her name correctly, but Ti gave me a wonderful Spa Manicure and Pedicure. It was a truly relaxing experience. Now, for the best part. I don't usually get manicures because many estheticians don't care about each individual nail as much as I do; I can usually do a better job myself. However, Ti showed a lot of care in applying my polish, making sure each nail was coated very well, especially with the top coat. Her work paid off, as it's been 8 days since I was there and my nails still look amazing! Even though I've been unpacking moving boxes and cleaning all week. Will definitely visit again when I am in town. Bonus: you can pay with card and add tip to your card!

Had a very good mani-pedi while on vacation in Tennessee. This salon definitely had more of what I remember about Southern salons compared to northern (a push for acrylics vs. gel polish). It took some time but it was worth it. I have had my mani-pedi for a week and the manicure has not ONE chip in it. All I have done is add one coat of clear top coat on the sixth day. That extra time they had me sit under the dryer was worth it! Also, upgrading to the spa pedi is worth it. Very relaxing.

I've been here once and I absolutely hated it. They were horrible and very rude. It's not at all a quiet atmosphere.

If you want an expensive nail salon that does terrible nails Mi Mi Nails is what you want. I went in wanting a dip powder done to my nails. I found this place on Yelp and tried them. The lady that did my nails was very good and really took her time to do a great job. After she was finished she came around and gave me a neck and shoulder massage. That was outstanding! I don't live here, but if I did this would be my go to salon. I walked in and didn't have to wait.

I can't rate them highly enough! I was in desperate need of pampering after flying into town with three dogs, and Mi Mi's delivered. I know I'm not spelling her name correctly, but Ti gave me a wonderful Spa Manicure and Pedicure. It was a truly relaxing experience. Now, for the best part. I don't usually get manicures because many estheticians don't care about each individual nail as much as I do; I can usually do a better job myself. However, Ti showed a lot of care in applying my polish, making sure each nail was coated very well, especially with the top coat. Her work paid off, as it's been 8 days since I was there and my nails still look amazing! Even though I've been unpacking moving boxes and cleaning all week. Will definitely visit again when I am in town. Bonus: you can pay with card and add tip to your card!

Had a very good mani-pedi while on vacation in Tennessee. This salon definitely had more of what I remember about Southern salons compared to northern (a push for acrylics vs. gel polish). It took some time but it was worth it. I have had my mani-pedi for a week and the manicure has not ONE chip in it. All I have done is add one coat of clear top coat on the sixth day.
