If I could I would give it zero stars. I got my nails done for a wedding. I was a walk-in around a semi busy time. So I understood the wait. But do not respect for their regular customers can just walk in and ask to be seen right then and there. As two of them got to go ahead of me and I was waiting already 30 minutes. Then to have everything topped off the guy who did my nails rushed so he could get me out of there. Did not ask any question just what I wanted. To let you know no one else was waiting. The design I wanted is not even close to what I wanted and already annoyed I just payed and left. My French manicure didn't even last 4 days as on the day of the wedding which was two days after. One of them fell off, as now a week on and they all are starting to come off. So yes, very annoyed and have not even went back to get it fixed. That is how annoyed i am about something that should have lasted a month. So will not come back ever I rather drive some where else. Read Less

Appointments are essential! The staff is amazing and sweet. Take care of you and make you feel right at home. Professional, Clean, and Well kept working environment. I had the absolute worse service in this place. I decided to come here to do my nails and eyebrows since I saw they were rated a 4 star. I waited 45 minutes for someone to do my eyebrows and the person had no clue what they were doing. Constantly asking if it looks even or if she should pluck more hair out? I never had to teach anyone to do my eyebrows and that was super confusing for me. I kept telling the lady that she still needed to wax more hair and she just looked at me with so much anger and began to yell "stop complaining about your eyebrows." that's extremely rude and not a way to talk to your customers. Not only that when she waxed my lip, she burned me TWICE. As I was leaving the place she told me not to come back. At the end she left me with a cat scratch on my eyebrows and a brown scar on my lip. I've been going here for years. Always had good service. Small staff and can get backed up on busy days but they always take care of you. The only reason I didn't give it a 5th star is they don't do bikini waxing.Read Less

They didn't greet me when I came in and didn't even tell me how long the wait would be. Just completely ignored me. (there were 3 people getting services) They just left me to sit on their broken futon until after 20 mins I finally asked how much longer and they would be and they said 20 mins and I left.
