I came in again over a year later to have my nails done for a friend's wedding! I was seated quickly and offered drinks which was a first for me!!! I can tell both of my techs for my pedi and shellac mani. And no rushing us to accommodate more people. My only con is that my first time there it took a long time. I came here with my mother and my grandmother on Easter weekend. We called ahead to see if they were busy and if we could make an appointment, so they said we could make an appointment for 11:00. They only had three workers and were very busy! But they did not even try to do a quality job. They were in such a hurry to get everyone out, and acted like anything you asked was an inconvenience. They didn’t even care to make small conversation with the customers. They are WAY over priced for the kind of service they give. Although they were rushed we didn’t leave until 1:30! I liked this place a lot more when they gave you what you wanted when you walked in instead if pushing you into getting something else.. like, if I want dip powder I'll ask for it. If I want to get my daughter a full set of acrylic and make that known and come back and she has dip powder that is lumpy and unnatural looking and it costs $20 more... I'm not happy. Nails are crooked, thicker on one side than the rest of the nail and were cut way too short. They arent even visible over the end of my finger if looking at the palm side of my hand...well one or two edges are visible on one or two fingers. If that is "active length" I'd hate to see "short." The length was fine until clippers were used to hack the edges off to "round" them making the nail too narrow. So much had to be filed off to correct that mess, there's hardly any of the tip left. I've always had a file used to round the edges, not nail clips. When I said they were too short, I was told they would grow out and the shape could be fixed when I came in for a fill. Thats not how it works. Not happy at all after paying $40 for lopsided, uneven nails that are less than a quarter inch long...there isn't even a quarter inch of tip on my nail! Awful, I go in to get a fill in and a new color. I sat an Waited an hour in a half before they ever touched my nails!! There was a women that came in after me and she started on her first. Then I had a picture of the nails I wanted, an she said she could do them. About half way of them being done I said are they going to look like the Picture an she says no, because you have a glitter tip underneath, very unprofessional to wait until they are done to tell me that when at first she said she could do it, even looking at my nails.. paid $35!!!! Stopped in for a manicure while visiting Crossville on vacation. They were extremely busy and during the time I waited I saw a couple of people complain about the work and the owner seemed very dismissive of their concerns. My manicure was a tad rushed but generally enjoyable. Unfortunately, it started to chip the next day and by the second day I had to buy nail polish remover--certainly not what you expect when you pay to have your nails done. Don't bother. Read Less
