I came to Tenn. on vacation and found Polished’s website. There were 28 reviews! All of them were really great! I called at 1:30 pm and had an appointment at two for a mani/pedi! The person who answered the phone had told me they closed at three. I was so glad they could fit me in. When I arrived for my appointment, I found a very unique, clean, tastefully decorated salon. There were a group of girls getting ready for a wedding and the atmosphere was full of excitement and I got sucked right into the feeling of a positive experience! The owner and her staff were all very friendly and welcoming and took wonderful care of me. They did not rush me out even though they were closing in one hour and they made me feel so at home. I totally enjoyed my relaxing time chatting and getting to know the staff and getting a very top knock magi/pedi! The only thing that made me sad was, that their salon was not in Florida where I live. I wish I could come to their salon on a regular basis. I later shared my experience with my friends in Tenn. and highly recommend that you try Polished on Miller Avenue when you want a relaxing, special experience of “me” time. You won’t be sorry!
