I have never been treated do badly by anyone that I have paid to do a service for me.i had my nails done a week ago,i had gel put on my nails.and a pedicure complete with polish,I got home from work and noticed one of my toes didn't have polish.so tonight I went to get my nails repaired and was willing to pay to have my toes redone,and my nails for that matter,when I came in one lady was there getting hers done by the guy,and I sit there the lady didn't come out to take care of me,a walk in came in she came out and took her,I waited and when it came my turn I explained my polish had chipped it looked awful,and that my polish on my toes had came off ,he got very hateful in front of his customers with me,he did however fix the gel polish.so when he finished I asked if he could paint my toes,the lady that works there told him no Becouse they had appointments,I understand that,but I had paid for my nails to be done a few days before and in fact was a paying customer.so I walked over to the polish and painted my toes,and was still charged ten dollars for my coat of gel.will never go back and I hate that I even had to complain.rude very rude. Very clean & beautiful pedicure! This was one of the only places I've visited where I saw them open a sterilized packet of tools used for pedicures when we sat down. Massage chair was easy to use as well. My husband and I treated ourselves to pedicures on our way to Fairfield Glades and found this place on Yelp. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by! What I liked:  very clean, real spa environment, attractive furnishings,professional workers truly know how to do manicures and pedicures.  I've gone to BEST in S. FL and Palm Beach, where I used to live.  This place is very good.  There seems to be a language  barrier, not a lot of chatting by the workers.  I like the serenity and the massage chairs.  No loud TVs.  Short wait times.  The owners are hard workers.I found other local spas in Crossville to be provincial-- LOUD, lots of talking, gum chewing, cigarette smoke fumes, chemical smells from hair dye, booking appts too close together.  I have also paid a lot for nail polish that chipped and did not last, but not at this place. Very disappointed.   Pedicure and acrylic nail fill with gel polish in an hour for both?  Only did the bare minimum and not very well.  Salon is not very clean.  Staff unfriendly.  Would not recommend. Read Less

I do not recommend this salon they did an awful job on my nails! The nails were very thick, the polish was all over the place half of the nails were not painted correctly on the sides! I feel like they didn't take their time or put any effort into what I was asking for they didn't speak hardly at all nor were sociable or friendly none whatsoever! Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the job they did on my nails,but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to have them fixed figured it also wasn't worth my time because they did an awful job the first time I didn't expect much more the second time around... This Pedicure and set of nails with SNS are 10 days old. Male owner did them both and I don't like to say anything negative usually but this has to be the worst pedicure and nails I have ever had done. The pic of the nail shows an actual dent and curve upwards in my nail. This is also on 4-5 other nails. Maybe his wife is better but I will never no because I won't be going back. Cuticles around toe nails were not trimmed well and had I not been talking to another customer I would have noticed and made him redo it all. Cost: $70 wasted!!! Read Less

So I was just basically thrown out of this crappy nail "salon." Why? Because I had to tell the male owner several times he didn't do my fill-in correctly! There were gaps around ALL of my cuticles, uneven acrylic laid across my nails & acrylic underneath my nails on my skin . And he was going to charge me $30 for all this! This was the worst pedicure and manicure, if you call what he did a manicure, I have ever had and the most expensive. The man didn't have a clue about what he was doing. Got gel nail polish on my pad of my ring finger and proceeded to try to file it off my skin. I have sore fingers and gel nail polish on the outside of my nails. This was my first visit here. I was a walk-in on Saturday afternoon and it took only about 15 minutes to start my pedicure. Atmosphere pleasant, organized and clean. 6 comfortable pedicure chairs and 6 stations for nails. She took her time and was gentle. My feet can be very sensitive. Nice leg and foot message included. I asked her to cut the nails shorter which she did. Very neat application of nail color. Charged $30 which I thought was a bit high as I am use to paying between $20 to $25. But you get what you pay for; a clean professional environment. I will return. Read Less
